Quite disappointed as we were told on arrival that breakfast was included and only after finishing breakfast were told that it was not after all included. Not a big deal usually, but for 22 euro, the reception shouldn't be making this mistake. Very uncooperative in responding to this and accepting responsibility for their mistake. Seems even dishonest to me that they so readily disputed this...

The room was cold because the heating was not turned on and I could not find the radiator! Otherwise I enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

Excellent service, delicious buffet breakfast - only minus is that there are no trouser press in the room.

We stayed at the Melia Avenue Louise Boutique Hotel for 2 nights. The location was perfect for us. It was 15 minute walk to the center of town but we are very active so that worked for us. Price was great!

Good Quality hotelWe received a really great dea for this hotel. So for what we paid it was good quality. However I would not have paid full price for it.

Breakfast buffet is very good. Only a bit negative is lacking air-co.

The Brussels' ExperienceTwo single beds pushed together and a TV that switches it's self on and off don't do it for me. Although the receptionist on the Thursday was excellent, he and the hotel were let down by other staff on the weekend that would have rather been somewhere else. Excellent location, shame about the lack of attention to detail.

A very good hotel for the price and location. The service was excellent and it was a very pleasant stay

Good location in BrusselsVery helpful staff.Well equipped room, comfortable and clean. plush decor particularly in the bathroomLuckily we were on the first floor as the lift is scarily small. Only othercooment would be the unpleasant drain smell by the lift, but guess that was a temporary feature.

My room was at the back of the hotel and you can hear quite a lot of noise, it did not disturb me though. Cleanliness and condition of the room was not that great for a 4* hotel, a bit disappointed.

Nice hotel, but if you stay, print out a map as none of the maps of Brussels went out quite that far (although it was not far from the centre and in a nice location). We spent quite a while trying to find it.Expensive breakfast for what it was.

Brussels City BreakVery nice hotel, clean, friendly staff. Room was large with a lovely bathroom. Located just three stops on the metro from Brussels Midi Station (for Eurostar) and a short walk away from the city centre. Would recommend, booked through laterooms it was great value.

Business overnighterConvenient quiet hotel just off Avenue Louise which regularly changes hands. Public spaces looking tired and buffet not what it was under Sol Melia, (there is a Pain Quotidien branch just the other side of Ave Louise) but good overall experience. Will go again.

Great HotelThis hotel is on the outskirts so don't think you can easily walk to the city centre. However, for shopping it is great as right in the fashionable district. Getting into town was no problem as the hotel is a 6 min walk to the metro. This hotel was such good value for money - we had a straightforward journey to the city centre or we walked to the EU HQ's. Any hotel in the city was easily 3 times the price. Staff bent over backwards ringing museums for us to check opening times and translating things for us. If you want to be in the hustle and bustle, don't stay here. But if you want somewhere convenient and don't mind using the metro and trams, this is for you. NB - there aren't loads of restaurants near this hotel but a great thai place on Charleroie Steerwag - or head more towards Rue Longue Vie for a vibrant nightlife with jazz cafes.

Just another Brussels hotel ...Quality similar to nearby Holiday Inn and NH City Centre, but slightly cheaper! Like all Brussels business hotels, prices vary enormously from one week to the next..... but 22 euros for a buffet breakfast is a joke!

Louise no worth1. in site it says in week end breakfast free but its not true if u want u have to pay 22 euros each 2. in room no milk for coffee and they dont put new things for the next day when they clean up the room 3. bed unconfortable and pillows too thin, we had bad nights on it! 4. staff doesent say hello to constumers unless u say first 5. staff called for us a taxi withouth asking price, said us 100 euros to arrive to charleroi and it was 160, absolutely thief and unjustice, dont trust in staff 6. they dont give u any information about city even if u ask they are short and dont care at all 7. too far from centre while it says its near. Positive things: 1. nice furnitures in classic style 2. clean and tidy 3. large room 5. tv satellitar 6. good bathroom everything was really right inside and confortable
