What are your breakfast options?: Breakfast is included in all our accommodation tariffs we serve buffet style cereals and fruit and then cooked to order full English breakfast, Monday to Friday breakfast is served 7:15 am to 9:30 am and on Saturday and Sunday 8:30 am to 10:00 am. Charge for breakfast if non resident is £12.95 per person.
What transport is available to get around?: Best method of transport would really be by taxi; for train stations, the nearest to us is Oulton Broad South which is minutes by car but about 20 minutes walk. There is also Oulton Broad North which is approximately 5 minutes by car and 1/2 hour to walk. Lowestoft town which is the closest town to us is accessible from these train stations and is approximately 10 minutes drive from the hotel.

Norwich is the closest airport and this is approximately 45 minutes by car but can also be accessed via the trains and then taxi.
What can I do nearby?: We are located a few minutes walk from the Broads and these can be accessed from our property. Oulton Broad which has a handful of restaurants and pubs/bars is approx 20 minute walk from our hotel or minutes by car, alternatively Lowestoft where the beach and town are located is approx 10 minutes drive.
