The toilet kept running I had to personally fix it the sink leaked all night long. The staff was helpful and extremely courteous. But the hotel definately needs some updating.

It had been a long time since my husband and I had a vacation together. We had a wonderful time. The hotel was so nice and so was everyone we encountered. We definitely want to return. Christine Baldwin

It was difficult to get into the restaurants at the hotel. The wait was always at least 45 minutes.

These are the wordsa front desk clerk used when I asked about a casino hopper. The bathroom metal door frame was rusty and rotten on the bottom. I was over the air conditioner units that was very noisy. I moved to a room with consturction. I definitely stayed in better for less with a much friendlier staff.

I have stayed at several hotels in Biloxi in the past and this is one I know I will not stay in again. It is very difficult to get to check in and the rooms, especially when you have a lot of luggage. There is quite a walk from the parking garage, across the hotel and up to the second level where you check in and have access to the rooms. To top that off NONE of the doors that led from the parking garage to the the hotel had automatic doors. So imagine trying to open the doors with all of your luggage. If you are going to make customers walk across the bridge from the garage, cross the hotel and then up to the second level....well at least have doors that automatically open. Also at check in I told the young lady we were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and she never even bothered to say congratulations....that was a small thing to do that would have gone a long way with me and the food we ordered from the market place was cold. However on a positive note, although our room was old looking (the chrome on the sliding door was very rusted and disgusting looking)and the carpet had several noticeable burn marks (room 821, even though it was non-smoking) the housekeeping staff did a good job of cleaning EVERYDAY and they were always friendly. We were most appreciative of that! They were great!

Our brief visit at this hotel was very enjoyable. Not only was the room very clean, but the staff were very pleasant and the food was very good. The only negative thing I would say would be that there needed to be a table and chairs in the room, along with a mirror over the desk - not a picture.

Staff was very pleasant, called my room 45 minutes after check-in to make sure everything in the room was in order and if my wife and I were completely satisfied....and we were thoroughly!

We were very pleased with everything. The rooms were very clean. There was house keeping on our floor every time we went out of our rooms. The only thing that was a problem was how far we had to walk to get to our rooms for the parking. It was a very long walk. We ate at the buffet and it was very good and was ony 11.00 per person at the time. I would advise anyone to stay here and book well in advance to get good rates like we did.

Great hotel! This hotel fits in on the Biloxi Strip. It has that old time Biloxi feel. We had a great stay with no problems. Probably one of the best times we have had in quite a while.

My stay at the Isle was very relaxing. Everyone (vallet parking attendant ,registration desk, pool attendant etc...) was friendly and quite helpful. The room was clean and beautiful. Everything you needed was readily available. It was quiet and provided the relaxation that was much needed by my husband and I. It ws great!

We usually stay at another casino (IP) in Biloxi but of course the July 4th prices were ridiculous. So we stayed at Isle of Capri b/c it was reasonable. The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. We called the desk for extra pillows and within 10 mins pillows were delivered to the door. The rooms had a ceiling fan which you usually don't see in hotels....loved that. The decor was...well...tropical. I had enough of leaf and parrot wallpaper by the time we left. We were disappointed in the pool....they had a bar but no waitress so we had to get up to get our drinks. The only thing they served were hot dogs (mustard, ketchup only), chips and candy. My husband had to go into the casino to get our lunch. The other casinos we have been to have waitresses and full menu. The casino is on the opposite end from the casinos I like...it's at the end. I wouldn't stay there again UNLESS they were the only casino with a room.

It was nice stay; however, the hotel is not taking care of details; the pool had mold in the grout, and the public areas were not that well maintained. The Spa experience was great. The staff was friendly enough, but not very "polished."

The Isle of Capri is nice for the price compared with the other Casino resort hotels. A $99 weekend night was an awesome price for my stay on a Saturday night. The staff and hotel are very nice overall. The food quality is average though in the restuarants.

Kathy in Ferradays's was awesome. Each and every staff member we came in contact with was very friendly, knowledgable, and curtious. I will definitely return.

This hotel needs some TLC. It is older and the decor and furnishings are REALLY outdated. It is not a hotel you want to stay at just to hang out. Also, the lady that worked the cash register at the breakfast buffet at 7:15 on June 25 was rude, rude, rude. The waitress at the buffet was super friendly though and made that experience much better. The food was great too!
