What are your breakfast options?: La Centra Restaurant is located at the bottom of our hotel and has $12.50 per person hot and cold buffet breakfast. There would be countless other breakfast options near the Islander Resort Hotel due to our central location.
What transport is available to get around?: We are located right in the heart of Surfers Paradise so we are in a major location/centre of town already and no transport is needed. There are many options to get to the airports: through the public bus system (stops located on every street surrounding the Islander) or through one of the many airport transfer companies which you can pre-book to pick you up from the hotel. If travelling Australia via coach, we are also right next door to the Surfers Paradise transit centre.
What can I do nearby?: The resort itself has its own bar, gaming lounge and restaurant, along with a tennis and squash court, large tropical swimming pool, spa, sauna, games area and outdoor BBQ deck. We are located in the heart of Surfers Paradise so we have many other attractions surrounding us.
Do you have internet?: We have two internet cafes. One is a Global Gossip Café located near our backpacker reception which is open during the day. The other is our hotel internet café which is open 24 hours. When guests purchase a Global Gossip card, they can use this at the Global Gossip Café or to connect to wireless internet in our public areas.
Do you provide parking?: We have complimentary underground parking for our guests.
