| A well serviced apartment for a very reasobale price. I travel the Pacific widely and have stayed in some far more expensive apartments than the Islander Resort and poorly managed and serviced. |

| The location of the hotel is about 5 minutes walk to the beach. Most restaurants are located along the road outside the hotel. These are the advantages of this hotel. However, the hotel was quite old & maybe needs some form of refurbishment though cleanliness was good. The only obvious disadvantage is that the airport door- to-door shuttle services do not stop at the hotel. They only stop or pick-up at the road adjacent to the hotel, I did'nt like it especially the pick-up was at 5AM and the temperature was 10 deg C. |

| My husband and i have been to the Islander Resort Hotel many times,and on every occasion we have a wonderful time. Try out the wonderful Specials Lunch Menu.Being KENO enthusiasts we absolutely love that you can watch the KENO results on the TV in your on room. |

| Very much in the old style but a great base to visit most of downtown Surfers Paradise. The room was clean,quite spacious and comfortable. Parking is on first in best dressed basis, so if busy can be interesting! |

| The beds are comfy & toilets are clean. But the wooden cabinets need upgrading. I booked 3 rooms and all of them are quite worn out. The location is fabulous cos it's very near the bus stops, supermarkets and restaurants. The only setback is that it can be a bit noisy at night due to the pubs and cafes nearby. However, if I do visit again, I will definitely stay in Islander. |

| Happy to find out that this hotel located at the centre of Surfers Paradise. It's so closed to Hard Rock Cafe (1 of my fav. restaurant) and other attractions. Very pleased with the treatments and the staffs are very nice and helpfull. Kudos to Islander Resort Hotel. Hope to be there again in my next trip in November. |
