bed bugs on the bed...dirty glasses, dirty coffee maker...dirty sheets...tiny rooms... oh and did i mention bed bugs...yeah..they were crawling on my shirt after lying down for 5 minutes. when we informed the guy at the desk..it ws priceless..as if to say "oh another room has tthem?" bad parking situation, small rooms, just please avoid it. spend a few bucks more and get a decent room.

I liked it, yeah rooms were small, but I was going out for a New Year's party so I was only using mine to change and sleep in. It was perfect for me, can't comment on breakfast since I wasn't awake in time! But the price, location, and service were great. Will definitely stay again!

I was attending a family reunion in Toronto and stayed at the Isabella hotel because I wanted to save money. I don't like goin to a city and spending my day in my hotel room, so this was perfect. I had $$ for shopping, and the room was comfortable. Yes, the rooms are small! But there's everything you could need in them. The lobby is really nice, and everything is clean and modern. So if you want a basic room at a great price, this is the place.

I will never ever stay there again! The rooms are so tiny. When I had to use the toilet I was touching both walls. It is expensive for such a crap hotel. We should have paid $25. The neighborhood is just as bad. I felt very scared walking around. Its right by the ghetto. There isn't enough parking for all the guests to stay there. So you either have to park on the street or in a parking garage. That is very expensive. There's old broken, dusty cars in there as well. The service is horrible. They lost our reservation and tried to make us pay full price instead of the rate we supposed to get. The free breakfast was disgraceful. and tasted gross. It felt like the room wasn't even clean. There was stuff on the walls. A bar of soap in the shower. STAINS on the towels. It struggled for the A/C to come on. It was always hot. It ruined our stay big time so don't let it ruin yours.

Great location. Room was a little small for two people (would have been great for one person). I would recommend this hotel, as it is reasonably priced and very convenient to downtown Toronto attractions. Staff was friendly and efficient.

It was charming and the rooms were beautiful. They upgraded our room for free and then tried to charge us for it. Charming, great for business or personal travel, book parking in advance because hard to find parking.

Desk staff was friendly and helpful, hotel is close to major subway line making it pretty convenient to get around. Very limited parking available. Parking is the biggest problem for the Isabella, though this seems to be a city-wide problem. The hotel exceeded my expectations: it is conveniently located near a subway line, the room and lobby were relatively clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The Isabella Hotel And Suites, in Toronto, CA- was the worst value for the money of my week long vacation in Canada. some of the issues: 1. The staff was not helpful and ill-informed . 2. Location. The hotel is not close to downtown, and the neighborhood is seedy and dirty. 3. The rooms are very small, and very dated.

VERY small rooms. Location is good, close to downtown, but not the pretties neighborhood. Hotel was clean and some of the staff was firendly. Quick check in and out.

While we arrived late and there appeared to be minimal staff, those we spoke with were very friendly and made us feel most welcome. The room was small, but had all the necessities. I would like to have stayed a little longer.

As I approached the hotel I realized I had made a terrible mistake by booking a room here. Unfortunately I arrived at 02:30 due to a flight delay. The surrounding area is very run down. There were quite a few frightening people on the street. The only parking available was in an underground parking area. I honestly did not think I would make it out of the garage. Please note, I am from New York City and don't frighten easily. The desk clerk was pleasent but quite taky especially at 02:30. He told me of his recent heart attack and upcoming cataract surgery. Now for the room. I checked the sheets for signs of soiling and bed bugs. I had a very early appointment so I was greatful only to be there a few hours. Had I known I would have gladly paid double to be elsewhere. The best part was checking out

Although the rooms were on the small side, they were very clean and nice with hair dryer, coffee and refrigerator. Everyone was nice and a large variety of restaurants at walking distance. Go see Casa Loma!!!
