Just returned from 6 night honeymoon. Stayed in Penthouse which was perfect(spa in ensuite and on verandah, open living space, nice kitchen and lounge furniture etc). Had lots of reviews about food and house keeping so was a little worried but i believe those stories may occur in peak season, but not with us. Couldn't fault housekeeping or service. Have had better hot food at other resorts buffet breakfasts but there is enough to satisfy all. Yes there is alot of walking but i don't mind that, not recommended if elderly or don't like walking.

The first day we arrived at Iririki resort we were given a fares(bungalow) that had a moldy couch, the whole room smelt of mould and was disgusting, we complained and were upgraded to a harbour view fares(bungalow) which was much nicer and had a view.a few days into the stay I got food poisening from the watermark restuarant,which put a dampner on the trip. The other tip off at this resort is to keep a good eye on your bill if you are charging back to your room, there were a number of people that had commented on being charged for items that they hadn't ordered, which can be quite annoying. Overall the resort is quite nice, a little tired and would be great if reviewed with relation to the finer details eg: multiple pool area could do with an upgrade tiles look worn, guest towels in white could do with some bleaching, cleaning of rooms more detailed and not just a skim over the surfaces,better bathroom toiletries supplied only from one brand not a mixture, staff having a sense of urgency when it comes to giving you your change, food or drinks. lovely Island resort and has the makings of an it place just needs to be managed more tightly.

We stayed at Snorkellers Cove apartment 4 days and absolutely loved it with awesome view to ocean and outer harbour. Short path to some great snorkelling. Good food and lovely pools.Friendly helpful staff. Handy ferry ride to shops and restaurants.

this is amasing but get ready to do some exercise the walking to get any were is alot they have carts to get a lift in but there non exsistant when you want one so and its all up and down hills this resort is for the extreemly fit only .

What a wonderful holiday, one of the best places to stay in Port Vila. Couldn't fault anything, so peaceful, wonderful people, great service. Will certainly be returning for another holiday

Lovely hotel and gardens, pools excellent! Food was only average and rather expensive. Would definitely stay there again though.
