Excellent Place to stayMy Mother and I had a very enjoyable stay Staff could not be more helpful ,Our room was clean well presented and equipped Breakfast and evening meals where excellent. Hotels Situation as regards plymouth shops and the Hoe was ideal. The parking on site was one of the reasons I chose this Hotel. Have no hesitation in recommending the Invicta and hope that We will have the chance to stay there again.

Invicta HotelThe Invicta Hotel is a pleasant place to stay and the staff made you feel most welcome. It is in an idle location for the Hoe and only a short walk to the town.My room was extremely hot due to a problem with the heating and had to sleep with both large windows wide open all night. To there credit I was offered a cool drink to be sent to my room after I complained about the heat. The room had a couple of small problems like the one of the bed side lights was not plugged in and I could not find the socket, and you had to get on your hands and knees to plug in by the dressing table / desk. On the plus points the hotel offered a free wifi access, and the service and breakfast was excellent. I would hesitate in recommending this hotel and would stay there again.

Clean & Comfortable The hotel was very good value for money. I stayed in a single en-suite. Very good location next to Plymouth Hoe and ideal for anybody who wants to be close to the centre. Clean & Comfortable and friendly welcome at reception upon arrival. I am always apprehensive when booking last minute discounted accommodation but I was very happy with what I received for my money. Would recommend to anybody.

Our stay at the invictaWe stayed for one night - my husband and i travelled down with our mother and she had a single room and we had a double. The hotel staff were very friendly, the hotel was clean and the breakfast in the morning was lovely. It was well located to the town, barbican and hoe and would definately stay there again. Only one thing i would say is that our mum was on the top floor in a single room and we didnt realise she would have lots of stairs to go up so good job she was fit and able but she also found her room clean and comfortable.

Friendly, very friendly. My stay was a very short one but I must say the staff (and I believe the owners) were very helpfull, courtious and pleasant. Top marks for customer service, don't expect this hotel to be modern, it isn't, but it is well maintained and clean.

Good hotelI booked this hotel through laterooms. The room was fairly compact but perfectly adequate for my needs. The bed was comfortable and the hotel had onsite parking so very good. The staff and owners were very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again. I had dinner in the hotel, which was very good although my steak was quite salty and I am trying to cut salt out. The breakfast was freshly cooked, unrushed and again very good. All in all I was pleased with the hotel and would reccommend it to anyone. Good value for money

We were running late, and Reception gave us a ring, to make sure that we were still arriving and if we needed directions. Very considerate! It was about £5 taxi ride from the station, right next to the sea front. The room was very comfortable, and very clean. As they were not full, they gave us a choice of rooms when we arrived, a very nice touch.Breakfast was excellent, and all included.

Friendly family hotel stayed for a long weekend with my daughter. Excellent food best we have had in a hotel. Room was great, staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel manager and wife also were very friendly and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. Professionally run hotel can't wait to stay there again next year. Highly recommended.
