We spent 2 nights and had a wonderful time. I found the room to be very clean and peaceful. We had booked the Regency and they moved us up to Princess for no extra charge. They had booked the room , in error, to another guest so thet accomodated us without question. The staff were very considerate. The morning buffet delicious. It is located right in the middle of Hyannis and there was plenty of various types of activities, stores and wonderful eateries, should one choose. Overall we were 100% pleased and will return!

This hotel location was great. A restaurant would have been great in the hotel. This hotel was a perfect family and leisure coupleget away. I will be looking forward to getting away with my children in the near future. I'm hoping to get there during my children's next school vacation which is in April

Would not recommned this as a positive experience. The staff need further instruction on the art of hospitality. No Wireless - can you believe it in this day and age? We checked in on a Sunday afternoon and were kept waiting for our room for 45 minutes as the "International Desk Clerk" said it was not ready. When asked if they were fully booked for that night - the reply was no. I asked if perhaps they should have made an effort to have rooms ready for the reserved guests, and she just shrugged and said "come back iin 20 minutes". We then asked if we could at least use the pool while we waited and she finally agreed to this small request. Well the pool was dirty with floating leaves and some sort of scum on the surface so that was not a pleasant experience. However, the pool maintenance person finally skimmed all the leaves from the pool. In the morning we asked when the pool would open as one of our party wanted a swim before we checked out early - 9am. The morning desk clerk said 8am, so off to the pool only to find it locked and no one available to know when it would open.

I did not receive the room with 2 double beds that I paid for, but was upgrade to a larger room with only one bed, that was not clean, Jacuzzi did not work, complain to front desk and was told that theres was nothing they could do.

Location and price. Very dirty and run down. This hotel is in need of a good housekeeper and cleaning, rugs very stained and dirty, bathroom had hair everywhere. Felt unsafe and rundown. I would not stay at this hotel again.

They were renovating the hotel which was not disclosed to us prior to check-in. There was a strong smell of paint that was nauseating. Also, when we booked the hotel and checked in we were quoted one rate, but they had hidden fees they did not disclose---such as a whirlpool energy charge. We didn't even use the whirlpool. I wouldn't recommend the hotel nor would I stay there again.

Excellent room, accommodations, spa and meal for price. Nothing. My wife and I were very pleased with our stay here. The room was nicely furnished and maintained, spacious and functional. The spa was a treat. The staff was courteous. The included breakfast buffet was a full meal, good quality food (even eggs benedict), and served pleasantly.

I visit Cape Cod like 2 or 3 times a year. I never went to cuddle and bubbles but ive sent my parents there a couple of times as a gift. I purchased a 2 night stay online in a room with a jacuzzi, and when i got there my room was taken. Unfortunately I guess there was a glitch on the internet that week, when i found out i wasnt gonna get a room with a hot tub i got really madd but the room was already taken so they gave us 4 free dinners a bottle of champagne and a free night stay in one of the more expensive rooms. I was madd at first but they really made it up to me and the girl [...] at the front desk was a GREAT help. Im plannin on going back in about a month. Great value also

Decent location & was relatively clean. The bed was uncomfortable & the AC was quite loud.

My wife and I went for an overnight getaway to celebrate our anniversary and were delighted with the room, downtown Hyannis location, and delightful breakfast. The hot tub was relaxing. The decor was a bit outdated. Our only complaint was that we heard another couple "enjoying themselves" very loudly, so the hotel must have very thin walls. Otherwise, the value for the price was excellent.

We were happy to find something available since we booked just 2 days in advance. We know the area well, and you cannot beat the price, including breakfast.

The room was weird...bed in the front and sitting area in the back..the fridge was broken, the lights didn't work.Very worn look to room in general. On the positive side...The bed was very comfortable and the jacuzzi was wonderful. The breakfast and the front desk were not very good nor welcoming. We had gone there many years ago on a previous anniversary and the place was beautiful...the restaurant looks like an old Denny's now, not the pretty linen covered tables and wicker chairs I remembered. We would not stay there again. we were put way in the back even though the place was empty...must be where the on-line discount people are put. not a good idea if you want repeat customers. They only hurt themselves.we also never got any coffee mugs as advertised on your web site!

The International Inn is somewhat dated and undergoing a change in management. People were very friendly and checking in and out was fast this Columbus Day Weekend. A sizeable breakfast buffet came with our one night stay, and we enjoyed a dinner in their Garden Gazebo as well. It's not posh by any sense of the word, but a nice quick getaway for us. The Cuddle and Bubble sell of the Jacuzzi's is no longer a strong draw, since most resorts have far better facilities.

second time staying at this hotel, much better than first, we had to upgrade significantly to get a comfortable room, everything else was ok

...contributed to the formaldehyde smell in our room. Also, the mattress springs were a little over'used.' You could see that they sagged in the middle even before lying down. Location was great - right at the end of downtown Hyannis where there are lots of cute shops and restaurants. Locals affirmed that the Cuddle and Bubble is an institution in the area, but the VP room left a lot to be desired.

Great Location. Staff very professional and helpful. Would probably stay in a different part of hotel if I had to stay again.
