Not good, the room I was given was in dire need of updating . Bathroom not clean celing tile in the shower area was wet and ready to fall into the shower, hair noticed in the shower My room was not redone as advertised. Not worth the $$$ spent. Food I must admit was far better then was expected yumm///

This hotel's appearance was very nice.

Overcharged for a room in the oldest section of the hotel!!! Pipes clanged intermittently, toilet didn't flush when water running in ajacent rooms, sink & shower didn't drain properly (showerd standing in ankle deep water) dirty carpet, tub ring, wallpaper peeling off, paper thin walls. xxx from Mgmt. gave me a shallow apology but said that's how it works when you book over the Internet with a travel co. Definitely DIDNOT receive value for the amount I was charged for the room!! Will NEVER stay here again or book through Expedia! Definitely our worst hotel experience!!!!

We stayed in a room with one king size bed and the room was huge. It was very nice but the bed was a little bouncy. I was under the impression that there was a cusino in the lounge but they only had one black jack table that three people could play at a time. Overall I would go again. Very friendly staff.

Staff was friendly. Got to our room & found toilet would barely flush. Reported this to front desk staff and they had it taken care of right away. Pool was great but, it would have been nice if there could have been an hour set aside at the end of the night for adult swimming only. We felt that the hotel met our expectations for the money. Would stay here again when we come to Minot.

I had an excellent stay here. I came without my kids, but it is totally a hotel that is kid-friendly. I LOVED the king sized bed! :o) Best sleep in a long time!!(maybe that was because my kids weren't with me! LOL)

This hotel was a great hotel. I enjoyed the stay and the service was absolutely wonderful. The cleaniness of the room was very good. I also loved the memory bed it was very comfortable.

Airport access. Reception seemed uninterested in general. Okay for business travelers.

I am a 20 year old, and i thought the place was run by children....out of every where I have ever gone...worst customer service ever! I guarantee they don't train their staff! The maids were the nicest people there! Beautiful rooms...bad bad bad customer service...office and in the restraunt. No one said thanks for staying, waiting staff at supper time had no manors....we asked our seating host for a drink and she right out said she wasnt serving us. When you pride yourself on the outside...dont forget about whats going on on the inside. Gorgeous rooms, but sadly thats all I liked from this stay.

The International was a great place to stay and I will reccomend it to anyone. It is very easy to find and in a good location. It's not far from shopping and restaurants. The pool area was very clean and fun. The only problem we had was that our room didn't get cleaned very early. We had to ask twice to get someone to come and clean our room for us. Other than this the International was very good and I'll stay there again.

Very close to airport, 24-hour shuttle to/from airport, free parking when taking a flight. Staff indifferent to our concerns, lack of cleanliness, lack of maintenance in rooms. We had specifically requested a non-smoking room, however the bathroom had a very strong odor of cigarette smoke. A loud rumbling refrigerator prevented us from sleeping, so we decided to unplug it. As we reached for the plug we discovered beer cans, ping pong ball, straws, and a considerable amount of dust and filth behind the TV cabinet. Carpet was dirty, especially noticeable around outside walls of room. Bathroom tap leaked and toilet ran all night. A tissue was shoved into broken/missing peep hole in room door. When these concerns were brought to the attention of the check-out staff, they had little interest in taking our concerns and remarked, those things just happen.

We stayed at the Grand International Inn while visting Minot this summer. The room was newly remodeled with granite countertops, plasm tv and comfortable memory foam beds. Great food and nice pool and spa. Highly recommend and the price is very reasonable.

The room was great, but while we visited the pool area there was not enough staff on to keep the older guys from throwing a frizbee around the young kids. Overall I stay was very enjoyable.

Really liked the ride/pickup to airport & parking for 10 days. Really liked the cool ice sculpture on the door by the pool. Convenient by the airport, everything you need 1 place, free airport shuttle & free 10 day parking.

The Grand International has very nice rooms. We would recommend having a pool side room. The kids loved swimming in the pool. The restaurant food was very good. They have food service 24 hours a day. The staff was helpful and took care of any problems. It is very close to the airport and we didn't have any problems getting a shuttle back and forth. We enjoyed our stay.

Restaurant. Very small room. However, the restaurant was wonderful after eating breakfast they allowed us to sit and drink coffee for hours since we couldn't leave because of bad weather very much appreciated.

Very nice appointments in the room. Didn't supply wash cloths. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the appointments, and the restaurant. This was a very good!

Location to airport. Toilet did not work properly, sink faucet leaked, stuck on the 5th floor, when there were plenty of rooms available on lower levels. Upon approaching the front desk at 3pm to checking, young lady first ignored me and then looked at me and said, "do you need something." excuse me, but I was there to check in as a guest and have never been greeted in this manner. She obviously did not like her job we did not ask for another room, because my husband did not want the hassle, but I was not comfortable in this room and felt they stuck us in one of the worst rooms.
