| "the lobby excels most hotels in Japan. excellent fromt desk and porter service. gives convenience to transit travellers, and the shuttle service to and from airport and town allows a brief stay to become a sightseeing stay. regret not having Japanese menu on site, but the local restaurants nearby, like Sukiya and coco give me a taste of local flavour." |

| First, arriving to the hotel via the free shuttle bus takes a good 30 minutes, so the hotel isn't that close to the airport. The bus first stops at the Hilton which is about 15 minutes closer. The hotel itself is decent enough although the bed I slept in wasn't level nor overly comfortable. Rooms are on small side, but I expected that. Room came with an LCD TV (not high def) and CNN was the only English channel. The hotel's breakfast buffet is not to be missed and well worth the additional nominal charge. |
