This is one of the best hotels in Narita Airport, although slightly further from the Narita Airport compared with others, but offers easy access to both downtown Narita City and the Airport. It also offers full facilities such as a business center with PC, a fitness center in free of charge, Jacuzzi, and self-service laundry room all guaranteed for a comfortable stay. Popular with airline crews. (10/08 YT) A modern, 9-storey brown building. There are large space for parking lot in front of entrance and behind this hotel for both car and coach. This hotel is located 15 minutes from New Tokyo International Airport (Narita Airport) by car. A free shuttle bus runs between Narita Airport and it is only 8 minutes by shuttle bus from the hotel to Narita Station on the Keisei Line. Narita City is nearby and AEON shopping mall, one of the biggest shopping areas here is within walking distance. The hotel offers rental bicycles by free of charge for accommodation guest with unlimited usage. Narita Airport is located 70km away from city centre of Tokyo. It takes one hour by train or 80-120minutes by bus to central Tokyo from Narita International Airport.

I always stay at hotels around Narita airport before heading to my hometown in Japan after a long flight. This hotel is the most compact of all the hotels I stayed in the area but it suited my purpose.

This hotel doesn't provide free internet connection. It charges too expensive for using internet. The restaurant doesn't provide convenient food.

Located approx 10 min by free bus service from the Airport. Breakfast was good. A large shopping centre is within an 8 min walk. Would stay there again.

"the lobby excels most hotels in Japan. excellent fromt desk and porter service. gives convenience to transit travellers, and the shuttle service to and from airport and town allows a brief stay to become a sightseeing stay. regret not having Japanese menu on site, but the local restaurants nearby, like Sukiya and coco give me a taste of local flavour."

A good place to stay overnight after or before a flight. You can walk to the Buddhist shrine nearby (10 minutes, ask the staff) and there is a convenience shop and restaurants nearby. Not a bad deal to catch some sleep and rest. Free shuttle to the Airport on the hour. But be careful as the shuttle stop at Narita Train Station is not easy to find.

The restaurant breakfast buffet is incredible and well worth the additional amount. The bed wasn't level or overly comfortable. First, arriving to the hotel via the free shuttle bus takes a good 30 minutes, so the hotel isn't that close to the airport. The bus first stops at the Hilton which is about 15 minutes closer. The hotel itself is decent enough although the bed I slept in wasn't level nor overly comfortable. Rooms are on small side, but I expected that. Room came with an LCD TV (not high def) and CNN was the only English channel. The hotel's breakfast buffet is not to be missed and well worth the additional nominal charge.

We had a great, restful stay. The price was great, too. There is a nice dining room with a really good evening buffet; ten dollars off for hotel guests.. Breakfast is included. Family joined us and we had plenty of space to visit in the lobby before dinner. Cab ride from the train station is 7.10.(No tips in Japan)
