very enjoyable stay, well located. Staff helpful and friendly. Price of drinks, very high - no house wine or pichets available. Buffet breakfast excellent, other food unexciting and overpriced. Twin beds though comfy, were of minimum size, pillows dreadful. Taking all into account, would, without doubt, stay again.

The staff at Interlaken Hotel went out of their way to provide information about the area. The food was excellant and I will definitely stay there again when I return to Interlaken.

Beautiful hotel. Our room very modern and wonderful views. Only complaint, no fridges in rooms on our floor, but ice available. friendly staff, would certainly stay again

Very friendly staff, an easy walk to Interlaken Ost station for daily excursions, but a little too far with luggage. An historic hotel in the quieter end of town. Good breakfast.

Most of all, the location is very strategic between the train station OST and city center. It anly 10 minutes walk to both place.
