The property is beautiful. From the moment you drive up, personalized service begins! Amazing staff that care about your needs! Great adult pool that is open 24 hours, enjoy it while you are there!! The TY KU Frozen Lemondade is the best cocktail I have had poolside as well!! The room's are quite a walk, and they offer ride's to and from, just have tip money available when you are there!! Peaceful and Serene

we had a problem with our airline and would only arrive to spend a half day there. I contacted orbitz and they advised me to contact the hotel for a refund or a voucher for a future stay. So i did....and of course they were not willing to do anything. We were really looking forward to staying here and its unfortunate that no one was able to help us. they wouldnt even listen to us.

Erratic service. Restaurant service ranged from excellent to poor, depending on the meal. The room never got serviced in spite of requesting this 6 times. Manager response was underwhelming. Way off the beaten path and many other resorts in this area that I would consider superior.

You absolutely have to stay here! I will admit that I am a very picky person, especially when it comes to hotels and restaurants. I was completely blown away by the Montelucia. Not only is this resort the most beautiful place that I have ever seen, but every single detail has been considered with attention and care. The staff was amazing! Every single person I came in contact with took time to see how I was enjoying my stay and to ask what they could do to make to make it more enjoyable. The concierge, the front desk staff, the bartenders, the wait staff... I truly got the feeling that each one of them wanted to make sure I was taken care of. It's rare to experience that level of genuine customer service. I was completely impressed. On top of all of that, the resort is gorgeous. Every corner has something new to explore. The Camelback Mountains make for a breathtaking backdrop. I have never been so relaxed in my entire life. I will recommend this resort to everyone I know and I can't wait to come back.

This resort was top notch. We couldnt ask for a friendlier and polite staff, exceptional service for any need, very clean rooms and the property was well taken care of. We only wish we could stay for a longer visit. Yes, we will be staying here again when in the area. five stars all the way!

This resort was extraordinary. Beautiful accomadations, combined with a gorgeous setting. The rooms were wonderful!! This resort was designed wonderfully. Being built at the base of Camelback Mountain provides a fantastic backdrop for the adalusion environment of the buildings and layout. There are refreshing pools and spas, with outdoor restuarants available. I truly enjoyed the comfort of the rooms, and used the outside patio every morning to enjoy the views. I would highly recommend this location!!

We made use of their beautiful (but pricey) spa! The grounds were immaculate and all of the staff were friendly and courteous! I haven't been away for several years and this was a perfect relaxing retreat while at the same time, I enjoy the sites of Arizona!

The hotel is beautiful and quiet with terrific mountain views. It is dramatic looking at night -- fire lit outside near the pool. It is in a good location, but not in walking distance to anything. The rooms were a good size; the bathrooms were spacious and very nice. The one downside was the type of room we reserved was unavailable for 2 of our 5 night stay. The staff was so pleasant to deal with, however, that it was hard to be angry about the room. The restaurant was pricey, but was great about serving burgers and chicken fingers to our kids in the very nice bar.
