Our stay at this hotel could not have been improved upon. Hotel has a beautiful entry and lobby. The service was amazing, the hotel staff genuinely interested in our comfort;helpful;all speaking perfect English. Having lived in Jakarta fifty years ago, I hosted a tea party for old friends that was fabulous (and extremely reasonable!). The dining room serves an international buffet for breakfast that includes Chinese, Japanese, Indonesian and all continental or American food..all superbly presented, prepared. Room and pool food service were excellent, too. Security measures are very stringent at entry (good, I guess) but staff was always pleasant about it. Location is perfect for a business visit as it is in central Jakarta's Golden Triangle. For visitors like ourselves, the morning walks weren't great. We felt truly pampered at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

I was annoyed that they insisted on checking my mini bar before allowing me to check out despite havinjg a print of my credit card and providing them with a list of consumed items before I checked out. The shower power was very poor as well and the location is not convenient for walking to shops.
