Amazing hotel in the center of vIenna with a great view of the Stadtpark and just a 10 minutes walk to the restaurants, cafes and the shopping district. The staff is always trying to help you with anything that you need. The recomendations of the concierge always right and accurate. An excellent hotel with a beutiful lobby and an amazing bar with a beutiful chandelier.

A great place for business meetings. Staff was not friendly or helpful. Not much to say either way. It wasn't close to shopping or nice restaurants. Our room overlooked a rooftop.

We stayed here for three days, and everything is good. Nice service staff and nice hotel room. Will definitely come back again.

View was good. Basic room, not large or attractive.

Amazing lobby bar and concierge service. They really went above and beyond. The rooms were very nice, but small. Bathroom was like a cruise ship bathroom....tiny! Location wasn't so great. Across from a park that was pretty sketchy at night. Pretty good walk to the local attractions as well.

Great location. Great value for a European hotel. Modern outside but all the old world charm inside. Good for business and family travel.

The location was fabulous. The room was so hot we couldn't sleep. The Intercontinental Wien has both good and bad. The good is the location. Located across the street from the Stadtpark U-Bahn stop and within walking distance of major sites like Karl's Church and the Opera House. The bad was the tiny bathroom and the horrible heating/cooling system. The room was unbelievably hot and the only way to try to cool it was to use the very noisy AC system. When we had the AC on, we couldn't sleep from the noise and it still did very little to cool the room. The heating and cooling problem ruined so much of our stay becasue we were exhausted from not getting any sleep.

perfect location, very nice clean rooms , friendly and efficient service. My family of four enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Perfect location, impressive lobby, very nice rooms, friendly and efficient service -from the doorman to the front desk, to the concierge who helped us a lot, and housekeeping. Perfect stay!

Wonderful ambiance in the lobby with coffee shop and bar; lots of seating and good service. Small bathrooms. Good value for money. Was more than I expected.

Well-appointed room with good amenities. Excellent location. Helpful staff. The room was small and internet was over-priced. The location and ambience of the Hotel Intercontinental Vienna are decidedly upscale and welcoming. The location is excellent. My partner and teenaged children liked the hotel very much. We thought that the rooms were rather small but they were well-appointed. Firm beds and good toiletries made our stay a positive experience. The water pressure and plumbling in the bathroom were exceptionally fine; there were separate controls for the bath tub water, hand-held shower and the showerhead, as well as for temperature. Our stay was enjoyable and we would stay at this hotel again. The use of the internet should be complementary.

Excellent hotel layout. Loved the bar-area coziness. Superior staff and amenities. Would without hesitation love to return.

Personal attention. Room very small. Good value for business.

Wonderful food, nice public spaces. Tiny rooms, inflexible staff. Old fashioned European hotel, tiny rooms, and formal staff. Great food in restaurant, especially breakfast, but expensive. Would not recommend for families, since there is smoking in public areas and no pool.

Great location. Intercontinental Vienna meets all standards of the well-known chain.

Service at all turns, luxurious room w/ great view. Smokey lobby, bar and café. Wonderful experience. Smokey bar and cafe drove us in to restaurant for a drink where we encountered one rude waiter. Food awesome. Room exceeded all expectations. Would go to the Inter @ Vienna again in a heartbeat.

Easy connection to airport, nice fitness center. Nothing to justify 5 star rating. This is a truly lovely hotel. However, there was nothing in the hotel or the room to distinguish it from any 4 star Marriott. I ever stayed in; hence I don't think it justifies the extra expense involved.

The price and the location to the metro. No free wireless in lobby or room. This was the smallest room I had on our four city tour of Europe. But it was good enough size and the view was nice. I wish they had free wireless in room or public areas for looking up tour information and etc. The prices for a drink in the bar were high we did not enjoy a night cap. The location is great for a quality room in Vienna. We enjoyed the walk to the city center. We like the fact that the metro is right across the street. The staff was very friendly, very helpful.

Impeccable attn to detail. Gym equipment is a bit dated. This is one of the best hotel experiences my wife and I have ever had in our lives. The hotel was beautiful, the service was top-notch, the location was fantastic. The Concierge was very friendly, helpful, and resourceful. We told the front desk at check-in that we were on our honeymoon; they upgraded us to a high floor with a view of Stadt Park, and even sent up Champagne and dessert on the house as a nice surprise. Room service was very good as well. We will absolutely stay here again!
