Hotel was very convient for travel around the city (within walking distance of Southern Cross and Flinders Street train stations). Its a bit further to the best shops and eating, but well worth it and still only a few more blocks away. The hotel made everything much easier on us, especially being tourists, by booking tours, restaurant reservations, train tickets, and even mailing our post cards! Because we traveled in the quiet month of May, we had the entire pool and fitness center (both great!) to ourselves. I highly recommend.

Really nice hotel - got upgraded to a king but shame it didn't have a bath. The breakfast service was a bit slow as we had to wait for a table, but besides that, we had a great stay.
