The staff is the best! Wifi is way too expensive! The Intercon is in a great location! The staff is awesome. The only downside is the cost of wifi and other services. There are lots of nice restaurants in walking distance and wifi coffee shops too.

The only complaint, Wi Fi non included and vry expensive. No Wi Fi but old and obsolete ethernet line.

Housekeepers were friendly. Hotel quality was no good. No breakfast andI requested twin beds did not get it. Iwill stay in this hotel again.I rather stay in manila peninsula more room space for my luggages.

Great hotel with adequate security checking for all guests and visitors to the facility. Rooms quite small but adequate. Excellent location, close to shopping and restaurants. $20 buffet breakfast seems to be quite expensive.

We almost always stay at this hotel when we travel to Manila. Staff and service are exceptionally friendly, courteous and always helpful. Rooms are nicely appointed and always clean. Hotel's location is right across from the Ayala Mall - great shopping, services and restaurants. There is a nice restaurant right off the lobby where you can order anything from a quick sandwich to their sumptuous buffet. We travel around the world and this is one of our favorite hotels.

Friendly staff. WiFi too expensive. WiFi way too expensive. Food too expensive. In this economy they should consider reducing the cost of some amenities.

Location. Needs complete renovation, has older things in rooms, like in the bathroom it has old plastic shielding of light. This hotel is fine. Don't expect 5 star. Its location is excellent. It does have gracious staff.

Pleasant staff andgreat location in Makati. Ancient towels, dirty andsmall bathrooms. The staff was pleasant, the lobby was beautiful and the location was great in regards to being close to the Makati Malls, restaurants, etc. However, does not compare to the Shangri-La in cleanliness and size of the rooms. The bathroom was tiny and the shower heads, walls, etc. really need to be cleaned with CLR or lime away. The towels were ancient. The Jeepney restaurant offered local specialties and a menu tolerant of tourists for a reasonable price. 5 star hotels should not need to charge for high-speed internet.

EXCELLENT Service! Very attentive staff! My 1 week stay at the Intercontinental Manila,was a Very nice experience. My room was very comfortable, clean & very quiet (in factI slept through a major storm & didn't hear a thing!)The staff on the floors is excellent, extremely courteous & willing to help @ all hours. The front desk staff was also excellent in accommodating my 7 hour early check-in & 3 hour late check out. Excellent security measures in place in the hotel & the whole area around it! Felt safe at all times while out walking about. Nice mall right across the street with plenty of restaurants over all an excellent experience!

Location, lobby. Bathroom was small, shower was old and there were unappealing cracks. Great location for shopping and getting to/from the international airport. Cafe Jeepney (a restaurant in the hotel) had a very nice buffet meal for a reasonable price given all that was offered. Comfortable bed. We only stayed for 1 night (24 hrs), but I can say that our stay was pleasant. I'd recommend this hotel to others.

Excellent location for restaurant, shopping ,transportation accessesibility, and the staff are polite and really to assist you for your needs in no time. Restaurants in the hotel are a bit pricey as compared to a more fancier rest nearby. For a luxurious, comfortable, hotel like this. It is a bargain I intent to check in again next time I pay a visit to Manila.

Location is preferred. Hotel lobby is beautiful. No wireless internet in the hotel. Hotel is nice but room size is a bit small.

Location. Really bad mildew in the bathroom walls. The housekeeping staff does not seem to clean the bathroom walls. There is a lot of mildew. We have stayed in the manila intercom several times and this mildew problem is always there. The hotel is great in other respects except for the cleanliness of the bathroom due to the mildew.

The pool was nice. Walls are thin, very noisy neighbors, hotel didn't quite it. The staff was friendly, nice hotel, but they should have better security. They have no concerns about other guests. I made many complaints at 12:30 am, 1:45 am, 3:00 am to management. They should have kicked these people out. I had no sleep, my flight left for America at 7:00. They gave me one night free lodging and a free ride to the airport. This hotel should screen their guest more carefully these people could have been terrorist as far as I know. Their security should be on top of any complaints instantly, nice hotel, bad security and management.
