We had a wonderful time staying here. The only thing I wish they could change would be the parking fee, its 16.00 just to self park! But besides that everything was top notch!!! Awesome and we will be back!!!

The Hotel InterContinental Houston is in a perfect location for doing business in and around the Galleria area. I loved that the desk was just a big table where you could spread out to work. And no searching for outlets - you can charge everything in one place. The bed was comfy and so was the bathrobe. Great lighting in the bathroom. For the price, I felt like I got an extra star's worth!

Clean, convenient, friendly. Tub did not drain. My stay at the Intercont in Houston was overall a good experiece. The staff was friendly and meet my expectations. The room was clean and comfortable. I was disappointed that the bath tub did not drain well, but did not call maintenance to fix it given it was late and I thought by morning it would have drained and been fine. Well, it did not drain.

Close location to shopping and medical center. This hotel was located a few blocks away from the Galleria Mall and it's about 10 minutes from the medical center. I loved the view from my room which was both downtown and the medical center.

The room was nice and comfortable. Did not have remote control, internet was paid by the hour. The hotel was nice, disappointed in having to pay for hotel parking, had to pay for internet services by the hour, the air condition really did not cool room.

The Houston Intercontinental Hotel was a very attractive, clean and hospitable place in great location near highway & Galleria. I really liked the layout of the hotel. It had a very grand front entrance. The staff were very courteous.
