Check in and parking were flawless. The hotel was elegant and clean, and just a short short walk from the Baltimore harbor.

Very classy joint. Broken thermostat. Great service, beautiful lobby, elegant rooms with really nice beds and high ceilings.

We stayed in a room with the harbor view - WONDERFUL! Great location for doing all of the activities at the harbor, we never had to move our car.

Gorgeous Hotel right on the harbor, right in the heart of the inner harbor, which was walking distance from many attractions.

This hotel is exquisite. Large rooms. We had a great view of the city and harbor. Luxurious bath. Wet bar. Coffee pot. Didnt get a chance to eat at the restaurants but the breakfast buffet looked wonderful. Gorgous decor in the dining room. We were a little disappointed with the inner harbor itself - but staying at this hotel made up for everything. Would stay again and recommed it to anyone.

we did not spend much time in the hotel but booking through orbitz wasn't that great because i did not get the two rooms close together. Our reservtion wasn't met to our needs maybe because of miss comunication. I spend around $1500 for the rooms instead of the $1300 that was qouted so please reply and research the problem.

Room was very nice. Location of parking garage and price. I stay in Baltimore 3 or 4 times a year for the past 15 years. This was my first time at this hotel. It was very nice, except the parking garage was a bit of a walk to get to hotel. Its next door but not really attached easily to hotel. No big deal. Bar was nice, but there was no place in the evening around 9pm to buy a candy bar or snack. I like when hotels have gift shops that stay open.

Our stay in room 540, left a bit to be desired. Upon checkin the toliet seat was dirty. We proptly called the front desk and left for lunch. We also asked for a power strip from them too. Upon arriving from back from lunch the seat was not clean nor was the strip in the room. We called again. Cleaned it my self. Left for the fitness center came back 90 minutes later still no power for the laptops. Tried to call again, now the phone don't work. Called from my cell phone. They fix the phones but no power strip. Call again. It arrives almost 7 hours after checkin. In general the lighting is dark, too dark. The room A/C does not work well, the thermostat was set to 70 degrees, but the room never fell below 71.5. All and all considered, this hostel, um I mean hotel is on par with the Marriot off of exit 7 or 8 on the Jersey Turnpike.

The location was awesome. The rooms were very clean, the beds comfortable. Did not have free WiFi. Also parking was pricey. The hotel was very elegant. The lobby was beautiful with fresh flowers everywhere. The rooms were large, very nicely decorated, and they were immaculate. Each room had a one-cup coffee maker with a great selection of coffee. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

The location was perfect. About a 2 minute walk to the Harbor and aquarium. The lobby was very nice and the staff was friendly. View of apartment building balconies (non-harbor view); Walls were paper thin and we could hear everything. The good: We loved the location. The rooms were nice (especially the large bathroom with a small flat screen), as was the lobby area. We also ordered room service breakfast. It was delicious and arrived within 15 minutes. The bad: Although it was a great stay, we probably will not go back - mainly because our room was adjoined another room and you could hear everything - we could make out each word being spoken next door and were woken up on a Saturday at 6 am by our neighbor. However, we were only there for one night so did not mind it too much. Also, upon arriving we were sent to a smoking room and had to go back to the lobby and wait in line for 15 minutes to get a new room. When we got to our new room, we discovered a note and chocolates for another guest. The staff was very apologetic and let us eat the chocolate.

Good location at inner harbor. Pay for internet. Stayed overnighton way to Washington DC. Property upscale, feels like your in the white house. Parking is a pain, no easy entry into hotel. Also must pay for internet, parking overnight -$26, bottle of water in room $5. For upscale hotel these should be included.

The public areas of the hotel looked beautiful and the staff was very friendly. My room was nice but the wallpaper was peeling off the wall in some areas. I would stay again but not with my daughter, she did not enjoy it to stuffy for young kids. The hotel is in a great location for everything in the inner Harbor.

Great location. Check in staff was rude and very unhelpful. Check in staff were not friendly and this kind of ruined our stay.
