The hotel was very quiet and was not very far from the Galleria and resturants. The only problem was there was the smell of sewage coming through the bathroom sink.

The public areas were spacious, well decorated and clean. The rooms are small and the double beds are too small. For one or two guests the rooms would be adequate, but for two sharing a bed, the beds are too small.

This hotel was a great deal for the money. Checked in Friday afternoon and checked out on Monday at noon. The hotel was very clean, the staff very friendly. Very upscale and in Addison which is a very nice part of Dallas. Near the Galleria mall. The only negatives I had about the hotel was a slight problem with the hot water (kept going in and out), the drinks at the bar were very expensive ($5.50 for a beer), and the parking was scarce once the weekend crowd arrived. They have a parking deck but charge an extra $10 a day to park there, vs $18 per day for valet, vs free for all other outdoor parking. There is a lot to do within shuttle range of the hotel. I recommend Sherlock's for night life and Chamberlain's seafood grill for a great surf and turf. Overall, i loved my experience here.

We stayed here for two nights after getting a really good rate (under 65). While the refurbished room certainly looked nice and was relatively clean, there were so many other things that were bad that I can't recommend this hotel. The bed was probably the worst I've ever slept in - I woke up sore, cramped, etc. I'm not sure if the mattress was old or just really cheap - but it was horrible. The towels had rips and holes in them and looked very old. There's no soundproofing whatsoever - you can hear conversations in the next room and when they flush the toilet, it sounds like it's your toilet flushing. Too many young kids running up and down the hall, doors slamming. Honestly - I found Motel 6 to be quieter and have better beds. It's a shame - because they spent money on the room decor and that does look good (although the lobby is very dated). I'm not sure that decor is enough to save it.

Starbucks. I only spent a very brief time in the hotel, and did not get to enjoy many of the amenities. the overall quality of the facility is excellent. They have valet parking, but it is still convenient to part my own vehicle, which I prefer to do.

We had a great time in Dallas - as usual. This hotel is right down in the middle of Addison which was most convenient for everything we wanted to do. I was disappointed by the hotel. My room seemed a bit worn. The wall paper was peeling and the furniture was kind of banged up. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were nice. Lots of thick, fluffy towels. The folks at the front desk were very polite.

The location of this hotel is great! There are many wonderful restaurants less than one mile away. We had one maintenance issue with the room (slow drain in the bathtub), but it was fixed very soon after we reported it. The ammenities were nice, great furnishings. The bed was a little more firm than we liked, and may have been a problem if were had been there for more than two nights. We were on the club level...which includes a continental breakfast and a happy hour every day. Nothing to brag about, but still a nice "extra". Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider it again, the next time we want a weekend getaway.

Free Self Parking, Starbucks on site. A little difficult to get to due to one way access road Great hotel. Close to the Galleria and right off the North Dallas Tollway

This facility was over priced for the quality of service. The staff had no idea what the F&B credit was on my reservation, there were several things that should have been in the room we had to call and request, will look for a different place to stay the next time I have to attend a meeting at this facility.

The priceI got from Priceline. The room, pool, overall facility was old and run down. The entire place was very old and run down in appearance. The amenities were very limited. The pool as small and had no service outside.

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and we had a great experience both times. The rooms are very spacious and look new. My girlfriends and I drive to Dallas every spring to go shopping and have a girls? night out and this is the greatest location for both. You are really close to all the fun places in Addison like Pete's and Flying Saucer, and the Galleria is only two miles from the hotel. We just asked the people at the front desk for the best new restaurants and they gave us some great recommendations

Rates were good on priceline. $10 for a dirty parking garage.

The staff on dutylate at night were excellent! The Mary Kay convention caused way too much noise. They were yelling in the halls outside of our room by 7:00am on Saturday.
