everything about the Atlanta Intercontinental Buckhead was great. the staff was very friendly. the rooms were clean and spacious. the fitness center, which i used daily was excellent....and the pool was HUGE.

Friendly staff, extremely clean and attractive lobby area. Room was perfect and well appointed. Could not have been a better, more attractive hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. My room was so nice I didn't want to leave during the day.

Very nice hotel. Great room furnishings. Location was perfect. Withing walking distance of great restaurants and just a mile away from the major shopping areas. Concierge was very helpful and the valets knew me by name after 24hours. I will definitely be staying there again.

The valet service was very slow. Also, the most glaring misstep were the towels . They were so ratty! Otherwise, the room was beautiful and the food delicious.

New, clean beautiful hotel with the most comfortable/luxurious beds. We were there for a wedding at the hotel and it was 1st class as well. I didn't use the pool or fitness center so I can't comment on that.

Because I wanted to stick around the hotel more than I wanted to go out and experience Atlanta, I reserved an Intercontinental Club room w/ king bed which includes access to the club lounge where, at no additional cost, I accessed the internet, book loans, DVD movies to take back to the room, light breakfast, light lunch and wine, beer and other beverages, all of which were very good. I enjoyed the lounge. The disappointing thing was that it was closed Christmas Eve and Christmas and they don't tell you that at all and no sign was posted. The room itself is large, but the space is taken up with furniture. However, it doesn't feel cluttered. Though I can't imagine more than 2 in a room. The bed was comfortable. Closet and dresser space small. The room had a doorbell and it was too loud, especially when you've been sleeping. I should have used the Privacy sign or specified a daily room service time, which are options. Bathroom was wonderful with plenty of hot water to fill the deep tub. I didn't hear anything between rooms, but I could hear doors closing in the hallway.3 nights I had in-room dining @10-11pm and ordered a hamburger, lamb, and steak (1 each night). Overall, it was a disappointment. Delivery took longer than they quoted and the food, though okay, was not up to par for the cost. It was either not warm enough, slightly dry, or a bit overcooked. The staff was friendly and I'm sure they would have fixed the problem had I asked. However, the hotel restaurant food was delicious. Worth every cent. Pianist playing in the lobby for a while in the evening. Concierge was very helpful. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

A great location to explore Buckhead. Friendly,helpful staff. We loved the Saturday night jazz trio. Upscale dining available in hotel. Valet parking is expensive--but worth the cost.

My sweetie and I stayed at this hotel for three days during the Christmas holidays. The service was superb. I only wished that we had gotten a suite rather than a standard room; otherwise, I could have not asked for a better stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to any traveler.

A faboulous hotel locatel in the heart of Buckhead.When we (my wife & I) opened the hotel room door it was an absolute shock to us. the room was stunning. Pristing condition, as clean as a new room and with a view to kill for. I have to admit I have sttayed in hotels around the world but I have never stayed in a hotel like this one for this price. Highly recommended by both my wife & I.

I had a great time at this hotel. My room was beautiful (especially the bathroom). I loved the gift shop... was able to buy last minute jewelry and pashmina for the wedding I was attending. Great location right by the train.. especially convenient for taking train to & from the airport. Very friendly staff. Fun bar scene with a jazz band on the Friday night I was there. Great hotel!

It's funny it took me almost a year to write this review, but living in New York you get caught up sometimes! Although, I must have really thought it was great because almost a year later I am writing this review. This hotel is impressive!!! The staff was increible and they even have shuttle transportation (in very nice classy cars). Everyone was very professional and friendly, the bedroom had a shower and a tub, it was wonderful! I will go back in the future. I am actually planning this summer weekend getaway and I am looking for this same hotel in another State, I want to stick with them, superb! The only thing that was a down size was the food, it was expensive and not that delicious. Overall, great hotel....go book yourself this sweet surprise.

We could have not enjoyed our stay more. Although the room we stayed in was a little small, it was beautiful and comfortable. The bed and the bathroom were excellant for a hotel and the staff was very friendly and efficient.

well located with several really good dining options nearby. Room was very adequate---big enough but not overly large----great bathroom/shower---parking was easy in garage--we self parked. My wife liked the cleanliness and beb/bath linens.

i love this Hotel. Best ever. i live in maryland and whenever i fly to atlanta i stay in this luxurious hotel. celebrity spot so have your cameras ready. one night i met Jermaine Oneal, Carlos Santana's band and T-low of Next. no lie. very classy very professional concierge and lovely service. very polite staff. the best place for relaxation or if you want to to take a romantic break with your spouse. i definately recommend this hotel. if it wasnt how poor the auto industry was doing now i would be spending my holidays over at this hotel. dont hesistate its worth every dollar.

Spend a little extra and stay at this top notch hotel - you will not regret it. The food in the French restaurant is outstanding - beds very comfy. Hotel pool very nice with bar right there - relax with a frozen drink and a dip in the hot tub. A truly incredible place in a very nice neighborhood. Take a walk to Dante's Down the Hatch while you are visiting for a one of a kind dining experience!

Me and my family went for our 19th wedding anniversary and absolutly loved it ...the hotel was fantastic and the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful and they gave us special treatment.....will go back again and location was perfect and they also had a free driver to take you anywhere you wanted to fo.
