What a wonderful hotel ever. The beach view so fabulous. A romantic place to honeymoon. The room clean and large, bathroom was impressive and a good restaurant too. Definitely a nice place to stay. Really satisfaction vacation.

This hotel was perfect for a family holiday. We will definitely stay here again.We booked a "club intercontinental" room with a kingbed. Immediately after the arrival we have been escorted to the Club's lounge and all paperwork was done in 3 minutes. A butler escorted us to our bedroom. Very nice but it had twin beds. We highlighted the problem, and while we had a quick (free) snack at the Club's lounge they solved the problem and another butler escorted us to our new room (this one had a a kingbed)... If you need anything call the butler and they take care of everything... A need to rest, drink or eat something go to the Club's Lounge and you are set (and its free)... I do not know if I will come back to Bali, but in this case, I will come back to this hotel!

Absolutely the best resort we have ever stayed in! There are not enough superlatives to describe the fantastic nature of this gorgeous place,the warmth of the people, their superb effort and memory! The manicured meticulously maintained gardens and the fantastic (multiple) swimming pools AND ENDLESS DINING OPTIONS.Even the beach is raked to maintain it's pristine conditions. VALUE FOR MONEY. GO NOW!! A Secure resort with security conscious staff. The regular mosquito control early afternoons ensure that the night time outdoor comfort is maintained mosquito free! At the Intercontinental, you are treated like Royalty. A haven from the 'haggling'. The night market held in the resort on Wednesday night is top quality merchandise, and although more expensive than on the streets, bartering still goes on and you get a better product anyway.If you don't like bartering you can still laze away the hours in a totally self sufficient resort that caters for all ages and ethnicity. SUPERB!!

We were resting before a long trip home to canada & after a hectic 2 weeks in asia & the staff bent backwards to make our holiday there really pleasant.We just found that lunchtime restuarants was just limited to one.Service everywhere was great!!

We enjoyed our stay at Intercontinental, the staff being very attentive and excellent feel and atmosphere. Only minuses the queues at breakfast and the hotel running out common spirits not even allowing them to make their signature drink. We had expected a hotel like Intercontinental to have some buffer stock. Would consider club room for next stay due to lounge access and less busy pool area. A beautiful private beach just outside hotel. Can highly recommend tepanyaki at the Japanese restaurant; the best we had in a long time.
