Room's price is adequate to standard Hotel. It looks like family hotel.

The Staff were all lovely and very helpful, but the hotel is in an awkward place for the centre with the 10 minute walk being through a building site of road redevelopements. I would recommend it only for the price and if all you expect is a bed to sleep. The food and service were good, but the location is poor.

The hotel would have been impossible to find with the map provided - we had been warned through trip advisor and had a multimap printout - even then we had to ask someone how to get there as we had not downloaded a large enough area. It's hard to explain, but as you come off the motorway you have to find a particular road to get you under the bridge and on to the other side. There was only the smallest amount of toilet paper on one roll the dispenser opened when you pulled it and the second roll was splashed with what looked like faeces down the side so had to resort to using own tissues. At breakfast the person I learned to be the manager was putting out 5 slices each of cheese and ham and croissants and my partner had to ask for more and wait by the counter or someone else took it (there were about 15 people at breakfast at the time) I felt it was run on a shoestring, and the price we were quoted on the internet jumped when we received the confirmation.

Just one night, hotel is within walking distance of stations and the town centre. We got the quiet room requested. It was all adequate but very average. Short stays and businessmen/women only.

Excellent situation, near the two station, and metro. Center, just 15 min by walking. Staff is welcoming and accomoding. We let our bags all day after we have paid the last day, it was no problem and great since the railway station was less than 10 min away. You can go there, but it's located near the peripherique so lot of noise in the morning.

Advertised double bed was in fact triple (!?!) bed, huuuuge!!! Very small bathroom and not very spacious room at all, but generaly speaking perfect for an overnight stand while exploring the city. Easy walk 7 minutes from Eurostar terminal. Very helpful staff. Thumbs up!

Although when we visited Lille in April 2008 the hotel was adjoining a huge construction site and it initially was difficult to find, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated its convenient location near to the main stations and town centre. Our room was unaffected by the building site and a good breakfast was available each day. We would certainly return.

Chosen because it had a restaurant, but restaurant was closed with no prior notice. Further from train station and downtown than expected. Neighborhood far less appealing than expected. Room marginal.

It was a short but succesful stay in Lille and I would like to inform other visitors that is a very good hotel as price/quality ratio, quite good position, (5 -7 minutes from Gare Lille Europe - I came by TGV in Lille Europe railway station and after 10-15 minutes I was already in my room!)and the best: it was very helpfully described as position. I followed the instructions mentioned for hotel location, and as I said, from the railway Lille Europe I arrived in less than 10 minutes directly to the hotel. Convenient for metro lines, and despite the noise of the working area around (outside), inside it was quiet, I could rest very well, probably because of the double windows. Moreover, even I booked a single room, the bed was very big, exactly as in the images from the site, congratulation! In conclusion I would stay here again, and many thanks to the staff in the reception which was very, very helpfull, and good english speakers.

The hotel is very poorly lit throughout and was incredibly basic. It is located considerably outside of the town center and you must walk under a freeway to reach it located off one of its exit ramps. The price far exceeded the quality.

The hotel is good value for money. It's not the easiest hotel to locate even though it's not far from Lille Europe railway station so make sure that you know which way to go. The hotel is in a not particularly attractive residential area. It's not far from a busy highway so it would be most likely to attract car-driving clients. The staff didn't speak much English but my French saw me through easily enough. I'd stay there again because the price is good and it's an easy stroll to Lille Europe Station and the city centre.

I think that the hotel was excellently position in terms of distance for the centre of Lille and the Lille Europe train station. However, the hotel was down a side street which was quite difficult to find. The directions for the hotel from Lille Europe were really poor considering it is only a 10 minute walk. However, the hotel was clean, quiet and excellent value for money if you consider its location. The facilities are very basic but if you are visiting Lille for a vacation and do not intent to spend a lot of time in the room I would highly recommend it,the only down side is that if you are walking it is based on an ugly side street. The staff do not come across as internationally trained however, they were helpful and pleasant enough, exactly what you would expect from a small budget hotel.

I needed a disabled room with twin beds and a bath, which I had asked for in the e mail,I all so asked for confirmation of this, which I did not recieve,as I had taken my mother to Lille I wanted everything to run smoothly,on arrival I was told that I had not asked for the disabled room, and that he knew nothing of the things that I require!,I was given a supposedly wheelchair freindly room with a double bed, which had no room to get into the shower room, without moving the bed to the window!,There was a plastic patio stool that I was somehow to get showerd on?,no grab rails in the shower, not enough room to turn the wheelchair arround in the room!,a standard sink!,that I could only just reach!,and was told that the room that I want would be ready for the next day!,the next day came and we were given the keys to the new room, at this point they had found my request e mail!,I could not even get my wheelchair in through the bathroom door!,so I was told that I would only have the choice of the original room!,I was only staying there for 2 days and put up with this for my mothers sake!,the rooms were not very well sound proofed as there were lots of noise both nights, all around the room,it was quiter outside on the road!,as for the breakfast menu, that was poor, with very little choice, and not even a toast making facility!,and we were charged 15 euros on the first night for the salad bar with a dessert, because we arrived late and there was only salmon tagliatell left!,overall I was very dissapointed with the hotel, the rooms, the staff, the food, and the wheechair entrance was around the back through the garage down a very steep slope!,which is uacceptable to any one in a wheelchair,I can safely say this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!,and very unlikely to use inter-hotels in the future unless the refund me my money back as a good will jesture?, yours very unhappily john barwell.

The only complaint I have was the restaurant was closed for the weekend. Visit to Lille was for a holiday.

Good clean basic hotel. 10 mins walk from centre of Lille down fairly grot road - lots of building work on one side and railway on other. Very reasonably priced.

We booked a double for 2 and they prepared one double for single occupancy, but this was quickly rectified by staff. Had trouble finding the hotel as we decided to visit Belgium 1st and hadn't planned our itinerary that way, and the hotel front only says 'restaurant'. A short drive away from town centre, but doesn't appear on town centre map, make sure you get the full map from reception (for 50 cents) before you leave.

we visit Lille for 2 days,we booked a cheap hotel, because its only a good bed and shower we want. The facilities offered on the webpage, internet acces and coffee and tea facilities were no langer avaible. french breafast, not included, was good, no warm supplements or eggs, but as much coffee, tea and warm milk as you want. in walking distance from the centre, Euralille( large commercial modern shoppingcentre)TGV station( old building) metro. Direct acces to the motorway to Paris, no noice of traffic in the room. Lille isa lovely beautifull citie aspecial in sunshine becaus of the golden details on the Flemisch monuments. Nice people, cheap restaurants and don't forget to visit the tearoom in rue Saint Etienne next to the Blue Cat chocolate shop,( 2 euro or mor for one bonbon). a little pattisserie where you choose your lovely croisants and coffee and they bring it up to you in a small mirrow room, cheap and good service.

A very clean and comfortable hotel with a great shower and a good bed. I was looking for a comfortable and quiet place to sleep that was fairly close to the train station and that is exactly what I got. This is like a cheap country comfort hotel. If what you are looking for is ambiance and character, then I think it probably isn't for you.

The hotel was not as close to the station as expected and taxi driver didn't know where it was The walk to the nearest cafes and Gare de Flandres took me 20 minutes, but on day 3 we discovered the Metro round the corner, only 5 mins away.Wonderful value 60c for 3 stops and E1.25 for a longer journey - metro, tram or bus. The hotel restaurant was closed from July until the end of August which was when we visited. I only book hotels with on-site restaurant and feel I should have been informed of this 'holiday'.The breakfast was perfectly acceptable and was preferable to trekking into the town to find a cafe. The staff were very friendly and helpful as far as they were able with our limited English and French. Very small sitting area near to the bar but no lounge as such. The room was very clean and bed comfortable, no view but do you really need one? Clean linen given daily I'm sure. Very good value for money but if you want cafes and shopping close by then not for you. Seemed to be a good centre for conferences and people with cars staying overnight

Excellent value for money and friendly staff, but directions to find it were poor; also there was no nameboard outside the hotel - why not?
