The hotel was clean and pleasant and very convenient for Frankfurt airport. The room size was large and quite stylish but the rubberized mattress was uncomfortable and combined with the lack of air conditioning, made sleeping difficult. The basic rate was very good value but anything additional was expensive (including the airport shuttle).

the food choice in your restaurant is very limited and for my taste is not good

Convenient to airport and good for 1 night, not anymore. The breakfast buffet for 2 was 38 euros...Very high priced.

Easy airport pickup and drop off using their shuttle which ran every 30 minutes however, while they claimed "Free local public transport incl, airpt, shutl," they charged us 10 to ride "theirshuttle." Hotel and room were clean. The sink and shower were stopped up. All they did was pour some liquid drain cleaner in it and say that it would get it. It didn't. The twin beds were hard with a single pillow per bed and those were tiny. One bottom bed sheet had a 2" hole right in the middle of it. Buffet dinner and breakfast were good but cost way too much. Unfortunately, with a short turnover and the hotel location, their's was the only option.

Overall this hotel was decent for the price, except that I paid extra for a "business suite" that did not include internet, as described. There was a funky wifi connection with speeds of (hold on to your leiderhosen!) 12 Kb/s . Pathetic at best and worse, overpriced at about 25 bucks per hour ! GET REAL. If you need a place to shower, crash and jump on the next flight this hotel was ok. Don't expect a free shuttle ride, either way, however ! Just get a taxi for 11 Euros and roll over. If Germany had truth in advertising laws, this hotel would be a good spot for a lawyers convention, if they were hungry and needed a paycheck. One outstanding feature was the breakfast, it was exemplary ! (all else was, well, laughable)

I found out that the hotel had only the minimal amount of things available in the room. For the price I would have thought the hotel could have provided a kettle, coffee, tea, milk and sugar for travellers that arr late in the pm and leave on the am shuttle at 5:45am . You also say in your brochure that the shuttle was free, but they charged you on the way back. Considering I booked in about 11pm and had to leave at 5:45am the next morning to fit in with your shuttle, I found the room hot as it had no air-conditioning . I had to try 3 floors to find a Coke machine that worked. You have to bring everything with you apart from some all purpose soft soap for body and hair, or find a machine and purchase it. The staff was friendly enough and I got my wake-up call OK. That is about all I can say about it. It was clean enough apart from the bug in the shower, but I guess that comes with having to open a window for air and being on the ground floor.

Great all-rounder hotel for the traveller.

This hotel bills itself as 3 or 4 star. It is in fact a 1 star. Drive up is like to a warehouse and inside isn't much better. But the killer is they don't tell you air conditioning is ?20 extra!

The Staff at Check-in counter was very friedly, but failed to inform me that the room key needed to be inserted in a box next to the door in order for the lights to work. I wanted to use the phone in my room to inquire about lighting in the room, but was unable to reach either housekeeping or the front desk. I had to walk back to the front desk where they told me to insert the key-card to the left of the door. (this information should have been given to me when I received the key) The next morning when I checked out, they failed to inform me that I needed to buy a ticket at the front desk in order to use the shuttle. (after logging my luggage into the shuttle, I had to get out of it again and walk back to the front desk where I bought the ticket) These small, yet annoying shortcomings had a big influence on my overall experience as a Guest.
