This hotel is amazing, the staff are always so friendly and have the best smiles. there breakfast is yum. there service is great and the price is pretty good. the pools cool! im so majorly going to come back!

The staff could not have been friendlier. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. they were so personable and even remembered our names. The pool and spa was a highlight. I would highly recommend this hotel. The bathroom was a bit old looking w/ some mildew, but it certainly didn't ruin our trip.

The staffs are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is boring after only 1 day. Great location make up for it. Will consider staying there during my next trip.

The gamalan music is borring if you stay for more than a week, but the location direct to the beach and practically in the centre of Kuta is perfect.

I loved the location! The hotel staff were very nice and attentive and quickly responded to all my requests. Room service, minibar, and poolside bar prices are reasonable which is not normally the case in 4/5 star hotels. I will definitely book Inna kuta again in the near future.
