A micro-mini room,clean and new. The "Manager's reception" was a plastic cup of beer or samples of wine, crackers and cheese cubes and stale snack mix. "Breakfast" was coffe and danish or muffins...cold and pre-packaged.

Friendly staff, great service, clean. Have stayed here a couple times great, friendly staff who go out of their way. Clean room, very quiet. Also love the reception with local wine and beer, and a great cont. breakfast. Walking distance to a couple very good restaurants, too.

We needed a place for one night as we finalized some family business. Traveling with our two dogs limited our choices. Inn at the Finger Lakes was extremely easy to find, neat and clean, gracious hosts, free wi fi, and a bonus of a late afternoon wine and beer reception. The morning cold breakfast buffet had a good range of choices. I'd recommend this hotel, but with the caviot the the rooms really are small.

It was new and clean. The room was a little small. The hotel was conveniently located along a main thoroughfare and within short distances from numerous restaurants. The entire facility was clean and the staff was pleasant and helpful with locating local amenities.

Convenient. The floors were not vacuumed the next day and they should have been. Auburn, N.Y. is a small town and this is the best place to stay when visiting.

Very comfortable beds! I had no complaints. The Inn at the Finger Lakes is comfortable, clean and affordable. The wine/cheese reception is a nice touch and the continental breakfast is more than adequate. The comfortable beds were the best part. We all slept great!

Easy to get in and out of. Tile in bathroom/no fan-slippery wet floor when showering. Not kid friendly, funny smell in room. Our room was really small. Otherwise, staff was great, and they were friendly and helpful.

Desk and breakfast host that we encountered were very welcoming. Room was a little small for my liking, but perfect for the price. When we first walked up to the desk clerk I was very surprised as to how friendly she was for a hotel that is not affiliated with a big name. The lobby was very clean, so this gave us high hopes about the hotel facilities. When we entered the room I found it a bit small. But for the price it was perfect. It had all we needed. Color TV with lots of channels. There was a fitness room which looked well kept. At that time no one was using it. The bed and bathroom were clean and pillows were soft. The continental breakfast was very nice. Simple but filing. The breakfast host was so friendly she made us feel very welcome. This hotel offers a complimentary beer and wine evening reception. I am afraid to say all you can drink in fear of people sneaking there way into the bar from outside. That would be very rude. You paid for your own hotel, you stay there! The reception gives you a chance to taste many wines and beer. We did not make it because my friend decided to shop at the outlet mall instead. The Waterloo outlet mall and the Carousel mall are about 30 minutes either way. Very nice malls indeed. And since it is a wine region, many wine stores around. I was told the town of Skaneatles was a place to visit for a quiet, relaxing day. It is a small town by the lake. We will definitely be returning to visit the malls, towns and wineries. And definitely stay at Inn at Finger Lakes.

Wine & Cheese Reception. Stained carpets. This is an adequate hotel for casual travel or business travel. Nice buffet breakfast.
