Everything was great with the exception that the hotel did not have our reservation, so check-in took quite a while. They blamed it on Orbitz but I'm not sure what the real reason was. They did accommodate us even though it was a busy weekend. The rooms were very clean and the entire hotel atmosphere was great!

Great vintage baseball decor! very good food and service. Parking was $22 and to have them put the car in a lot right on the street with no security. Wonderful vintage baseball decor complete with leather club chairs. Beautiful lobby. Great food and service. Even enjoyed the Avid products in the bathroom. Will definitely stay there again.

THe hotel was very nice, quiet in rooms, the food was good, and ofcourse if you were willing to pay, you could get anything delivered to your room. The staff was great, very friendly, helpful. Being next to the ballpark was great. We were able to walk accross the street and be there. we were able to buy stuff at at the ball park and just walk it next door to the hotel and not have to lug it around and keep up with it the whole game. We use to stay a few blocks up, but now , this is our new hotel for ballgames !!

Superb hotel right across the street from Minute Maid Park. Easy walk from hotel to park (not a highway, just a regular street to cross). Cool bar. Great staff.

Convenient to the highway. No newspapers. Excellent for either going to the ballgame or business downtown.

We could not have been more pleased with the accomodations and proximity to the Astros stadium. Rooms are beautifus as is the rest of the hotel. Will stay here again.

Quiet, rooms decorated to fit well with baseball theme, comfortable rooms, beds and pillows. High price we had to pay for parking. Comfortable, quiet even when the Houston Astros were playing across the street.

we went to astros fan fest with astros games - early rise on saturday morning @ 5am for easy walk across the street to minute maid and get wristband for astro autograph voucher - back to sleep within minutes and then up again to fan fest - easy acces to the blacktop battle in front of toyota center and close enough to the light rail ride for easy access to the NCAA tournament @ reliant. only negative thing i can say, was a bit pricey on the valet parking and did not have an option for self parking -- very courtesous staff, including check-in - i had booked on line which would only allow 1 king bed - we had our child with us, and the chek in host got us changed to a double bed for no extra charge. the waitresses in the bar / lounge lobby, was very attentative everyone was very polite. it was truly a luxury room with the extra large marble bath. all of the baseball items and pictures were a nice touch to go along with the theme of the hotel -

It was great for a baseball game--just walking acroos the street, not having to mess with parking, etc. Staff was very helpful navigating downtown and even stored luggage for us during the Astros game after check out that next morning. We ordered food after one game and room service was very quick-they told us it would take around 15 minutes, they knocked on the door at around 12 minutes (the ice cream hadn't even started to melt yet!) We will stay here again for another "Astros weekend" for sure.

It was clean and the air conditioner worked great. No pool. The hotel shuttle stopped running too early considering the hotel is in the theater district and most plays end at 11:00. Parking too expensive. The hotel was clean and quiet. The bathroom is really nice and big. The air conditioner in the room worked great. The hotel does not have a swimming pool. The hotel does not have self parking option and the valet parking is $22.00 a night which in my opinion is too expensive.

"I had my law school graduation party in the Fenway room and stayed 2 nights at the hotel. My brother had his engagement party in the Yankee room. Everything was awesome both times we've used their meeting rooms. The staff catered to our every need, was courteous, and efficient. The hotel has a charming baseball theme and is perfect for a night after or before a ballgame at Minute Maid Park. The bar stays open late and the staff is awesome. The room service is fast and delicious. "

i was in on business for 2 days. the location to the freeways and ballpark are great. we had a suite and it was a good size room for 2 of us. the hotel was very clean and staff was friendly.we had breakfast in the restaurant lobby and it was horrible. 2 eggs any way you want for $12? are you kidding me? were they golden eggs? they were undercooked and the buffet food was cold and had been sitting for a while.
