The overall appearance of the hotel was satisfactory.

Contrary to what some in Savannah would feel, this hotel is only 15 minutes away from downtown Savannah and about 35 minutes away from Tybee Island. Stay was great, the staff and front desk were phenomenal and the room was immaculate. If your looking for 5 star amenities, than you should not be staying at an Inn anyway. Free breakfast was good as well. For the price, you cannot beat the size and cleanliness of the room and the bathroom. Good shower and very clean. Flight delayed and we did not have our luggage. Important as our son's anti-seizure medicine in the bag as you cannot carry any liquids in carry on anymore. Got to the hotel at 12:30 am and asked the front desk to call us NO MATTER WHAT TIME if the bags arrived. 2:45 am she called us immediately to tell us bags were there, and she refused to take a tip. If your looking for a comfortable stay during your trip here, highly recommend.

Rooms were up to date, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast buffet area a bit crowded and chaotic. For a 2 1/2 star hotel I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the room. Everything was rather new. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and up to date. Keep up the great work.

I was fortunate enough to find this hotel after making a reservation at another hotel which turned out to be a dump. I couldn't have been happier. The rooms, breakfast and hotel were wonderful. The staff was Outstanding. Everyone was friendly, helpful and anxious to do a good job from the front desk to the cleaning staff. If you are looking for a cozy place - "A home away from home." THIS IS THE PLACE. About 15 minutes from downtown Savannah and right off of 95 - it was a perfect location. Give it a try - you will be happy you did!

The hotel has been renovated This hotel does not have an elevator. Upon arriving at this hotel. We noticed all the rooms were on the outside. Usually this is not a good sign. I think of lower class hotels as having this. I think it has been remodeled. They have put nice decor in the rooms, but they are very small. You get a free hot breakfast, which is sufficient. The lobby (it is pretty) where you eat is so small it is really funny. You can barely move with only a little amount of people in there. The staff was nice, but I was a little worried about getting ice or a snack. You had to go outside and down at the end of the rooms and it was not well lit and no one is on staff after I think 12 am. That is kind of scary.

The room was nice. But the thinness of the walls made it difficult to sleep. My room was directly above the lobbey. The music blared until 8-9pm or so. I was treated to a domestic rendezvous from the next room. It was so loud and the walls lacked insulation I was able to hear everything quite clearly. Starting at 7:30am, the room above mine, which wasn't a regular hotel room, would have constant "bowlin' ball sized droppings". I swear it had to have been bowling balls with as much racked as they made. I informed the front desk, but come Sunday morning, at 7:30, it started again. So much for sleep. On top of that, the housekeeping staff made a HUGE mistake. First of all, the soaps they leave for guests, was wrapped in sulafane. Wells, supposed to be. Mine was partially open, so I didn't even bother using it. Thank goodnes I brought my own. Secondly, I always bring my own pillow with me. One of those comforts from home I can't sleep without. Well, my pillowcase is solid white. My pillow is one of those faux feather pillows with a quilted pattern on the oustide. Saturday, when coming back from a day in Savannah's Downtown, my room was cleaned, but my pillow was missing something-THE PILLOWCASE! The hotel staff took mine but left the pillow. Their sheets were white stripped. And the pillows had a zipper cover on them. You think you'd notice a difference. They couldn't find my case until Sunday morning...luckily. I was so annoyed. Never again will I stay there nor do I recommend anyone else do the same. But if you do, make sure you take your pillow with you when you go out to town. Buyer beware!

The rooms were very nice and the staff was friendly. The hotel was very easy to find and it's located right off the freeway.

From the pictures it would appear that this hotel is much like an inn. When you arrive you find that it sits across the road from 2 truckstops and stands out in the open. Not what they represented in their photos. We stayed elsewhere

Nice furniture in the room. Room was dirty. Staff was not friendly, no decent restaurants in the area.

The staff was courteous and very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was easy to get to, just off Route 95. Tour pick up at hotel was convenient as parking downtown is limited.

Best bed I have ever slept on! This was a great place and we will definitely stay here again if ever traveling in the area. Great price, comfortable, complimentary breakfast, complimentary wireless or wired internet if using a laptop or a complimentary computer in lobby. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

never stayed when booking didn't show hotel name bidding on and I had just cancelled a reservation there because there was no pool. I was already booked and it was too late before they showed name.

The name of the hotel. Dark, noisy and not business friendly. This hotel needs to be updated. The space between the door and the floor was too big and allows all sorts of bugs to come in as well as cold air. Rooms are dark and the highway noise is too loud. Friendly staff and they try to help you in any way possible.

Close access to highway. Room decor very Victorian and comfortable.

This hotel was great for the money. Good food - clean, attractive rooms. Only the distance from historic Savannah. The Inn at Mulberry Grove is a lovely upscale motel. We were there with our two grown children - sharing one room and there was enough room for all of us. Our children stated that the beds were comfortable, the hot breakfast tasty and the amenities were great.

Rooms were clean andstaff was pleasant. Breakfast area is not big enough to accommodate influx of people. Very clean, staff was friendly and would recommend hotel to a friend.

The room was spacious and span and decorated very well! The bed slept amazing! We could hear everyone around us, upstairs, next door. This hotel was great. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was exactly what we needed for a night away from home to relax. The bed was so amazingly comfortable, we slept great! They highway was close by but we didn't hear anything from it. We did, however, hear our neighbors TV's and their talking and also the walking around upstairs. Other than that, it's a GREAT hotel!

Was really close to I95 - good breakfast. Walls really thin - could hear neighbors talking. Very nice hotel - except for hearing neighbors talking - and they were not excessively loud - we could hear them even with the TV on. Breakfast area really small, but good food. Had to wait for table in the morning.

I liked having a hot breakfast and a nice and clean room; convenient to I-95; not far from Historic Savannah. The hotel was actually rather charming particularly the sitting area with the fountain. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I would recommend it to family and friends.

The staff was friendly, free Internet. Excellent breakfast. Everything was good. Mulberry Grove is a perfect stop. Close to 95 and offers tours of the Savannah area. It was just terrific.
