The room was spotless and spacious. The front desk clerk was very friendly. I really enjoyed the room. The only negative aspect was that I left information for the meal that I wanted from room service on the answering service and my food was never delivered. It was pretty late at night and by the time I realized that I would not be receiving food from room service, it was too late to order from any other delivery service. However, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay in this hotel again.

Central location with plenty of medium priced/fast food in the area. Only complaint, bathrooms do not have exhaust fans...otherwise o.k.

Location was great for my needs, I liked the informal meals offered in the lounge, the staff were very helpful. Only one thing, they could use more than just one computer for hotel guests. Attractive, clean, fun, nice place to relax, would come back for pleasure stay.

I've stayed a couple of times. I like this Hotel, it is close to restaurants, shopping, and the highway. The rooms are comfortable and the renovations are a very good improvement. The restaurant is extremely good for dinner. The bar has a very nice atmosphere as well. The external pool and tent and greenery is very pleasing to look at - refreshing change from looking out a window at nothing but traffic.

It has a very comfortable atmosphere. The room i was given was hard to find - lower pool level with no directional signs on walls. Overall this hotel is great. rooms are spacious, and clean. hotel restaurant and bar are very nice.

My wife and I booked a large wedding block for ourselves and our guests. The hotel double-charged one of our guests and forgot to charge us. It took over 3 months to fix the issue. They didn't contact us about the problem. We found out from our guest. But apparently, they were holding our guest's credit card ransom until we paid (even though we were unaware of the issue). We received several different excuses and never received an apology. Just hope everything goes right... otherwise you are in for a nightmare to try and fix any issues! Their management was no help and was apathetic to their own mistake.

The Inn at Chester Springs Hotel Conference Center was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. The room was airy and the beds were top quality with great mattresses and linens. The staff was courteous and friendly. Because we were there to see family, I cannot comment on the dining options as I did not think to look into them. Overall, one of the best hotel stays we have had and we travel quite frequently.

Nicely decorated bedrooms. Good location. Staff enthusiastic. Buildings old and constructed poorly with apparently little wall insulation. So noise from traffic, hallway, plumbing clearly heard.

This hotel is very clean and newly renovated. The rooms are quiet and offer free wireless Internet service, outstanding guest services. It is located very close to PA Turnpike. 5 star Front Desk Staff ..!!

We stayed for two nights and it was very nice. The room was seemingly new and overall in very nice condition. The beds were comfortable, had nice linens and comforters. There was a nice HD TV in the room and the wireless connection worked well and was free. The bathroom was the highlight though. Beautiful fixtures and powerful shower made this a stand out. I recommend to anyone staying in the Exton area as a high value for you money. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was clean and has been remodeled recently. They gave us a room in the wing that they were remodeling. The Inn at Chester Springs is convenient to the turnpike and is an alternative to staying in Philadelphia if travel plans take you to the west. It was clean and the staff was friendly. HBO is included, they have an indoor pool, outdoor pool, and gym. There is a Starbucks and Quiznos next door (cheap alternative to room service).

The staff were the best. They were especially accommodating and friendly. The hotel was clean and well kept. The towels were thin, small and cheap. The fitness room was very limited and the treadmill would stop. I rate the staff as five star. The facility left something to be desired. It did have a great restaurant. The food was outstanding.

Large room, nice grounds with outdoor pool. Faces busy divided highway -- tricky to get in and out. Nice hotel with ongoing remodelling. Cater to large groups on weekends and a bit noisy. Awful coffee machine but very nice toiletries and great shower. Would stay there again.

Next door to Starbucks Wireless internet only, no exercise room Remodeled old Holiday Inn. Wireless internet only, all bridges in use. Exercise room being remodeled (somehow I felt I was being lied to). No sleep timer on TV remote. Little counter space in bathroom. Expected better for this quality rating.

When I called for extra towels and a toothbrush they had housekeeping bring it right up, they were there within 5 minutes. The entrance is on a divided lane so you have to do a u-turn to get to it. Other then the entrance, which was difficult, everything else was great. I never asked about breakfast, or coffee and didn't see it so I assume they didn't offer it. I would definitely stay there again!

Very clean. Hotel staff very helpful. The shower works well. The rubber pillows The hotel staff were overly friendly. The hotel is spotless inside and out. The room was comfortable and the High Speed Wireless worked. The water pressure in the shower was great and the breakfast buffet was good and reasonably priced. The foam rubber pillows were my only dissapointment. One of the elevators needs some maintenance as you would get on, press the button and nothing would happen some of the time.
