If you like outdoor activities this hotel is next to Eagle river and there is a trail adjacent to the hotel. There is also some shopping nearby.

Great value and location. The heating and cooling system worked too well. We could not regulate the temperature (heat). Either it was way too hot or we had to turn it off.

The Edwards Riverwalk Hotel is a good place to stay. It has a great location on the river, is situated in a terrific shopping and eating area in Edwards, will take dogs, has parking and walking areas and the staff is helpful and accomodating. The A/C in our room developed a noise as it ran on through the night which necessitated turning it off and opening the window, but that can be addressed. I would most certainly stay there again.

Stayed in the standard double room (not condo) with 2 queen beds.GREAT price for Beaver Creek.5-minute drive to slopes.Very neat & clean.Daily towel changes.Room has fridge & microwave.Pet friendly.Located within a shopping center which has small quaint stores (+ a supermarket), a movie theater across the hotel, and restaurants.Free parking.Laundry on-site.Too bad there were short on people when we needed help with our bags while checking in and out."

The Inn and Suites at Riverwalk in Edwards, CO is a great value. Location is tops in regards to walking distance to anything you'd want: movie theater, numerous dining options, bars, nightclubs, walking path along Gore Creek, Starbucks, markets, nail and hair salons, mass transit. Very comfortable beds. Rooms wer average hotel size. Nice outdoor pool. Included breakfast left something to be desired. Very friendly front dest staff.

Riverwalk is right in the middle of the Edwards shopping district, which has grown up a lot in the last few years. Riverwalk has a complete range of amenities, pool, hot tub, fitness room. The rooms are comfortable and good sized. It's a good value for a location convenient to Vail and Beaver Creek and other Vail Valley locations.

The Inn and Suites at Riverwalk featured a big, clean, comfortable room and a nice reception/lobby area. The paved walk along the Eagle river is yards away and great for cycling. Continental breakfast was just OK. The town of Edwards is small but quaint and only a minute or two walk from the Inn.
