Staff was friendly. The first room I was in was very noisy and they had no problem assigning me to a different room. In geneneral the rooms are noisy and you can hear people in the next room very easily. Morning breakfast bar was very nice and was an added plus. Best part of this property is the location -- it is very convenient and is in walking distance to everything.

We got a good deal for Valentines weekend because I signed up for e-mail specials. Check -in was fast but we couldn't get a king bed instead of the 2 queens which turned out to be okay. The location is great because you can walk to downtown and to the Steamship Authority to take a free bus to Woods Hole and the ferry to the Vineyard. Beds are comfortable and clean. The room was a little dated and the bathroom vent was disgustingly dirty but the rest of the bathroom was clean. Tthe walls are very, very thin and you can hear everything going on in the rooms beside you and in the hallway. We forgot our sleep machine so sleeping was difficult for me. We tried to run the fan for the heater but it didn't stay on long enough. Breaksfast was just okay. Typical continental, not terrible. Coffee was excellent! It is not worth the in-season prices but for the deal we got the place was okay. Would stay again if offered the same deal.

Loved the bedding and comfortable beds. Nice down blankets, no ugly bedspreads. Could walk to town, very clean, good breakfast included. Staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. We would stay here again for sure.

The hotel is in a great central location and is an attractive building with nice rooms. The service while friendly was not very responsive. The indoor pool featured in all the hotel literature was a looked forward to feature in the middle of a New England winter. On arriving, we found the pool to be closed with no advance notice or explanation. After inquiring at the front desk, we were told it was closed for re-painting. It would have been better to know this in advance, it was communicated in a manner of marked indifference. Famailies with young children were also staying at the hotel and probably also disappointed, this would be less important in the summer, but in the winter is a major draw. The pool was set to re-open after the weekend which also doesn't make alot of sense from a guest perspective.

Hotel was quaint and clean, but the rooms were terrible.....very thin walls, could hear people in the next room, people talking outside and traffic VERY LOUD! Also had to put up with people stomping around above us....but, loved the location, just off the beaten path, but within walking distance of the main part of town....good thing the weather was nice enough to spend most of our time OUT of the room!

The room was fantastic, the location was perfect and the overall Inn was what we were looking for and just what we needed.

we checked in late after a concert and the receptionist looked like she just gave blood or something or her checking account just bounced.not a smile.we went to our room which i thought had a seperate bed and then left early the next day.i went out to the truck and my entire truck was covered in seagull dung like they had hovered over my truck and aimed at it.we decided to get breakfast the so called contienental breakfast what a let down.a stale bagel and o.j..At least the o.j. was really good. i would never stay here again ever for *** a night.

My reservation was messed up. It was short by one day. I was told to check back the next day & request an add'l night's stay. Next day, I requested to have the 3rd day added. Told no vacancies for the 3rd night. After a few hrs. of pressuring them, I was granted my 3rd night. The Cottage section was close to the road & noisy. Room was musty smelling & lights between the bed would flash on/off repeatedly. The tub didn't drain while taking a shower & you stood in angle deep water.

The only negative thing I could say about the Inn is that it's not easy to find in the dark -- if possible, you'll want to come down Route 28 into Falmouth in daylight. Otherwise, the Inn is well managed, well located in terms of Falmouth attractions, and very comfortable. WiFi connections are offered free. Parking is available. Room rates go up in the summer tourist season, of course, but there's plenty to do and enjoy in the Autumn and Winter months.

Great location, free wireless, complimentary breakfast. Not clean, bedsheets with bloodstains, bathtub not cleaned, wireless internet kept going down.

With the exception of a slighly late check-in, we found this hotel to be close to perfect. Our room was very clean, and the quietest room we have ever stayed in. We were surprised to find a refrigerator and microwave in the room, which eliminates the need to constantly keep beverages on ice. The area is very nice and there are plenty of things to do

Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Restaurant wasn't open, and no hot tub in pool. We had an okay stay, staff was very nice, management is working hard to keep it clean, and we felt safe there. Friendly staff, and very clean.

OverallI loved the hotel. Adangerous fight next door made both of us uncomfortable and got no sleep! Overall I loved the hotel right in the heart of the towns shops! One problem, a dangerous fight next door made both of us uncomfortable and got no sleep! Also the pool heating system was shut off while we were in it. They should have waited.

Location was good. Stayed in a separate building from the main lobby. Hotel was nice and clean. Was easy to check in and the location was perfect. Only complaint would be that the room we stayed in was a separate building from the main lobby.

Location is excellent. They didn't have newspapers to buy. The location is excellent and the beds were comfy. The furniture and carpet were a bit worn, but the location made up for that part. The breakfast was adequate. I would definitely stay here again.

Location, pool. Small room, not many breakfast choices. Great place to stay. Location was wonderful, setting was lovely, pool was perfect for my kids aged 14, 11, and 7.
