My husband and I got to the hotel earlier than we thought, in which I had requested a late check-in. The person checked to see if our room was ready and it wasn't so we went to check out the Casino. The casino was a short distance fron the hotel. It actually was a nice little walk to and from. We really enjoyed to convience. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.

room was not clean.we ask why was not clean they said to us we will give you money back but we cant because we buy ticket from on line.so we couldnt get money back.

THe staff was great - room was clean. We had reserved a King room and got a Queen but it was O.K.

The rooms were clean and are an adequate size. The beds were very firm, but not so uncomfortable that I couldn't sleep. They checked us in earlier than the posted check in time which was convenient, and the process was very quick, despite the temporarily broken key maker. The bathroom was decent, although the shower head was mounted at chest level (I'm 6'4") which made it awkward to shower. I don't think the room was nice enough to justify the price, especially with the awful view from the window. The Isle of Capri is placed in what looks like the middle of an industrial area. I'm sure the view from the Tower (facing the water) is beautiful, but it is pretty terrible at the Inn for the rooms on the back of the building. Overall, if you go to play in the casino, you'll have a good time because the people are so friendly, and the Inn has rooms that are a decent value for being in a close proximity to the casino.

The inn is clean and nice and close to the casino with a shuttle running every few moments. The room s have no sound proofing and you can hear people in the next room talking and hear when people are walking down the hall so it is load and hard to get a decent nights sleep . The staff is great and the room was clean and well stocked with towels etc. It was a great experiance but if you are a light sleeper than I'd look at staying at the tower rooms at a little higher rate.

I had reservations for a long weekend (Thurs-Sun). I had planned to arrive around 5:00, but my departure was delayed in order to attend a funeral. I knew my reservation was guaranteed for late arrival, so I made the mistake of not calling the hotel to notify them. Bad mistake. When I arrived around 10:30, I searched for several minutes before finding a place to park. Once parked, I schlepped all my luggage to the front door, only to be confronted with a sign stating that all check-in after 10:00 PM takes place at the front desk of the Tower Hotel, across the parking lot, at least a football field away. I drug my luggage back to my car, checked in at the Tower, and returned to the Inn. Both trips required passing a large pick-up truck, parked in a handicapped space directly in front of the front door, where a group of about 10 men appeared to be tailgating, although I didn't see any food, just beverages. My room was clean and comfortable, and the maid was friendly and helpful and the maid service was great. The only other negative besides my bad experience on arrival took place on Friday night. Around 2:00 AM (I think), a woman began screaming and banging on the door of an adjacent room, yelling for someone to call security, saying that "he" had crack in there and was beating her up. I just hope she wasn't relying on hotel security personnel to rescue her, as I never saw any sign of them.

While I wouldn't pay full price for the room (standard motel type), the travel website price made it doable. Always nice to stay on the casino property. Clean and quiet room. Just some minor annoyances like bad cigarette burns on the bathroom counter in a non-smoking room. To their credit, it didn't smell like someone smoked there. Slow draining tub (aren't they always?).
