Front desk staff very friendly and cooperative, particularly [...]. But be sure to ask for a room in the newly refurbished part of the hotel -- the "new" rooms are very nice, whereas the "old" rooms are very shopworn. Excellent complimentary hot breakfast. Free internet connection and computers(2) in lobby. Ample parking.

Location was convenient and it was nicely appointed. I had lived in this area for about six years before moving to CA. and had passed it on many occasion but never had the need to go there. A friend from Naples set up my travel arrangements for my first return visit since my relocation. It was a wonderful choice, my room and the facility were just wonderful. The place was very clean, the staff most helpful and the pool area was spotless. The on-site laundry rooms were a nice touch.

The service, room, and staff, all were above my expectations! Stay here when you are in Bonito Springs, you won't be dissatisfied. Thanks!

The Inn At The Springs was just like home. They kept it very clean and the service was excellant. The location was really close to everything we needed. Just across the street was a grocery store, department store, and a dollar store. Just like home where we go all the time. They had a complimentary breakfast every morning, that was very good and a free newspaper to go with it. The staff was really very friendly and helped you with everything you needed right away. We will be going again soon and we will stay there again.

Cleanliness and friendly staff. Sign not very clear from road. Excellent, stayed in the newly renovated studio apartments, and was blown away. Everything was beautiful, clean and well done. The staff was very friendly as well.

We stayed in the boutique studio; very roomy and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the full kitchen was great. Flat screen tv and comfortable chairs a plus. Nearby stores and restaurants and a few miles from the beach; nice staff; good complimentary breakfast; great value for the money.Water pressure not great and no hot tub outside are the only drawbacks.

The area of Bonita SPrings is very quiet. The hotel offered a very relaxing atmosphere with a great staff that was very helpful in letting us in on some points of interest around the area.

Room layout. Noise of freezer and smoking on this floor. The hotel should not mix smoking and non smoking rooms on the same floor.

Stumbled onto the name of this hotel doing an internet search. The newly refurbished "boutique" rooms are gorgeous, and as fashionable as any Manhattan hotel we've stayed at. The added bonus of the "full" kitchen was great since we were traveling with a nine-month-old. We stayed in a 1-bedroom suite, and for the week of Christmas it was the best price in town for what we got. A beautiful, clean, stylish room...located a few minutes from I-75 for easy commutes, located a block from Bonita Beach Road for easy access to one of the nicest beaches in SW Florida. We had room to spread out our things, and the baby's things....as well as a full-size fridge to keep cold drinks, plenty of space to store snacks, a NICE place to wash and dry baby bottles....housekeeping would even put them in the dishwasher if I left any on the counter. (Total overkill probably, because it never filled the dishwasher...which is why I would wash them by hand.) The rooms were clean, always smelled pleasant when we opened out door, no stale or stagnant odors, nice clean floors, corner room was flooded with sunlight, staff was very friendly and informative. All in all, compared to other big name hotels in the area, this hotel was an incredible value. Plus, the previous July we had stayed at another "suite" hotel up the road in Estero. Great hotel, but for the week of Christmas they wanted twice as much as Inn at the Spring. The other big name suite hotel also refused to give us a price break for staying seven nights. Inn at the Spring was more than happy to give us a discount for seven nights. We're staying there again this July....and will probably be there again this Christmas.

We really appreciated the two room suite at the Inn at the Springs. This made traveling with a toddler that much more enjoyable ... we didn't have to go to bed when she did. The hotel's breakfast was well stocked and always had some good choices both hot and cold. The staff was always willing to help us find information and even at one point went on-line to help us find a particular restaurant. The hotel is an easy, short drive from beautiful beaches and some really good restaurants. We will definitely consider the Inn again the next time we return to Bonita Springs.

We wanted to go to Florida in October. We looked at Miami and got scared; we also wanted to go to Key West and found you could do this from Ft Myers by fast-cat ferry. The day trip is great (in good weather) and 4 hrs in Key West is more than enough - it's a little end-of-line tired. We looked for the best apartment hotel just for comfort and found a great one in Bonita Springs just away from the less sulubrious or more Chain-corporate sites along the (magnificent ) beaches. Sanibel and Captiva a little overrated - best beaches are towards Naples which has a very Californian feel to it downtown. National Parks Everglades a great disappointment - nothing at Everglade City - unless you want a boat cruise across a lake and Shark Alley shuts down (with apparent pleasure) at 15:30. So against our instincts we went commercial; we found Jungle Ervs a good place to see the Everglades and I'm sure that the Seminole outlets were equally as good if not better. The Audabon boardwalk at Corkscrew was a little disappointing . I'm sure if we'd done the trip in August we would have seen more wildlife - but been bitten more; plenty of birds though. Ft Myers airport is very easy to use - pity about 2 and half hour layover at Atlanta. Overall we really really liked it; even Key West seems good now we are back; I guess we were just too hot and tired.

The hotel staff was excellent. They offered us a free upgrade to accommodate the number of guests in the room and we were able to check-in upon arriving, even though we got there around noon. The location is a bit far away from Ft. Myers; however, it was perfect for the cost.

I had to book a very last minute trip for my family to attend a funeral and the staff at the Inn at the Springs was genuinely kind and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends.Thank you for the help.

When we first walked in and turned on the heat we were surprised when the room filled with an unpleasant odor and the fire alarm was turned on. One time, when we turned on the light and vent fan switch in the bathroom, we were surprised when the room was filled with sparks and fireworks. In both cases their maintenance people responded immediately and resolved the issues without having to move us to another room. The rooms have been beautifully updated and seem just like new. We enjoyed our 7 night stay. The suite is spacious, with a nice kitchen, and the pool and grounds were inviting. The daily free continental breakfast featured good variety, a pleasant environment to sit and eat, and good coffee and orange juice.

This hotel has everything you need to feel right at home. The small kitchen and eating area are ideal for stay in meals. Definitely request a room on the lower floors since I think they have been updated with much nicer pillows and linens. Overall, a very plesant stay for the money.
