Nice and modern hotel with beautiful views of the River.

The room was incredibly comfortable. There was ample workspace, yet the environment was irresistibly relaxing. Awesome view. The sound-proofing of the doors wasn't great, so when conference attendees would congregate outside my room at the end of their day it was a bit loud. The room was bright and had a great water view. Very difficult to get to at the moment because of near by construction. On initially checking in I was sent to a room that was not cleaned ( bed un made used wine glasses) when I return to the front desk they seemed genuinely upset and apologetic, but it left me wondering how this could have happened.

Very nice room They wouldn't give me a double bed when they saw what I paid. The rooms are just like the pictures. Everything was new, and worked well. In the warmer months, this area would be more fun because the boardwalk is very nice. $5 CN to park not disclosed but reasonable for underground parking.

Friendly staff and clean. On the day we checked in, we were told there was only one bed. Since there was a cancellation they gave us a room with two beds. We were asked to check with the front desk every morning if there was a cancellation in order to keep the room with two beds. On the last day we were asked to change the room. The three of us had to share a bed! Very disappointed with that.

Nice view of the Fraiser River, close to downtown N Westminster. Room was small. Well located for downtown N Westminster. Not to difficult to get on the road into Vancouver. We've stayed there before, always clean, staff is well trained and helpful. Parking garage under hotel. Rooms are nice.

Nice view to waterfront in selected rooms. Wireless internet problems, train horns midnight or later. I like the hotel, but discovered that Canadian CN Freight train operate the track nearby. The train horns can be heard occasionally as late as 1:00 am regardless of weekday. To my surprise my wife and kid was not bothered by train horn, instead appraised the nice view form the balcony. I had problems with WiFi internet so I used the desktop in the lobby instead.

Cleanness, quietnessand view. It does not include breakfast with the room. Very good hotel, and the employees were very friendly, a nice view of the river. I will recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location of the hotel on the river and the Boardwalk is very nice. The whole area is under construction and many shops closed. The entrance is difficult to get into. The room was very nice, very clean. The location is nice but not much to see or do in the area. Nice for a relaxing weekend.

Quality of the bedding was amazing. The quay market next door is under construction. From beginning to end this hotel was superb! The quality of the room far exceeded my expectations and the staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful decor, excellent services, great toiletries! High speed internet was spotty and slow. Amazing staff, luxury linens, flat screen TV, min bar and balcony- and most importantly, a huge working space and great desk chair await anyone staying here when visiting Vancouver. The toiletries were also so luxurious and delicious smelling. Chocolates with a note from management also greeted me each night, with a paper in the morning. I hung my breakfast choices on my door to be promptly served in the morning. The fitness center had it all, including a whirlpool (which, for this Texan, could have been warmer but was nice all the same). The lobby was beautifully decorated and inviting, complete with a fireplace! This hotel was a gem.

The hotel had a nice view of the river and had a good night 's rest. Paying for parking should go with the room. The room was adequate for the night. If I wanted more I am sure they had bigger rooms. Bathrooms were well arranged and were very good. The price was good for the night.
