The Inn at Summer Bay boasts double bedded guest rooms that include a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee/tea maker, table with two chairs, air/heat, and cable TV. The Inn also includes vending machines, coin laundry, an outdoor pool, a 24-hour front desk and 24-hour security. Note- All Inn guests have full use of all the amenities at Summer Bay Resort, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Across 192 from the Inn at Summer Bay, this is where all the property amenities are located. Across Highway 192 is the parent company and 400 acre luxury resort, Summer Bay Resort. The Dennys Restaurant across Highway 192 offers the guests staying at the Inn at Summer Bay 10 percent off all meals. The Inn is also 6 miles to Disney with free scheduled transportation. Chain restaurants, offering discounts, are all within a 3 miles radius. Disabled facilities are available upon request and include roll-in showers, larger entry ways, in-shower stool, grab bars, and a lower sink. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. There is a fee of USD 7.00 per day, plus 12 percent tax. Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am. A credit card and a refundable security deposit of USD 150.00 due via credit card are required for check-in. Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in. Good price, amenities, clean and comfortable. People were friendly and helpful. Clean and convenient. Excellent for the price.

The room was clean, and like your average everyday motel. The pool left a lot to be desired, it appeared as though it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, which probably explains why we never saw anyone using it. If you happen to be there for a time share presentation,be warned they get very nasty if you say no. Some of the front office staff came across very rude.

We've stayed in Orlando many times and didn't want to spend alot of money due to our spring break. This Motel (INN) wasn't as bad as described by other patrons. We had the opportunity to stay at the Resort at Summer Bay visiting family and we saw the Inn across the street and decided to give it a try. I had brought all my own bedding just in case and really didn't even need to use it. Really, for the money, it's worth it. And not too far away from the parks..

horrible! One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. The biggest thing that made the stay bad was when they locked us out of our room. We came back from Universal Studios late one evening only to find our keys didn't work. When we went to the office to find out what the problem was they said that we had to sign a credit card receipt to pay more money than we already paid. They wanted us to pay for additional amenities to use a resort across the highway at a different location that didn't even belong to them. When we said we didn't have any intention of using that resort they said it didn't matter and we had to pay anyway or we couldn't get into our room. I wouldn't reccommend staying at this hotel.

Very economical, clean, and friendly. Shower was very short, my husband (6 ft) was uncomfortable and had to dip down to get wet, Nice, economical hotel. Nice pool area and friendly staff,

The room had dirty carpet and dirty walls spattered with bug droppings. We saw several small water bugs in the room during our stay. The air conditioner was noisy and leaked water. The door of the dorm-style refrigerator was stuck and couldn't be opened all the way. I will never stay in this motel again.

Accessibility to pool and areas at summer bay resort. Rude treatment by desk personnel. The rooms were clean and appealing to the eye. Unfortunately, if you don't leave your room for an extended time, it may not get cleaned. The staff upon check-out was extremely rude and did not care to listen to concerns of the customer.

I read the previous reviews and it sounded like a great choice for the money. Needless to say you get what you pay for. Our room had no carpetting, the floor was dirty, the drawers were unclean, there was a spider on the bed when we opened the covers and the sheets were NEVER changed during our 5 night stay.

You can use what ever the resort has to offer across 192. A little out of the way, if your not going to Disney. No thrill hotel, just a plain Jane, but clean.

The details of this location are more for if you stay at the resort. The rooms for the 70 range is for the hotel across the street which is part of the resort. This hotel has the feature of allowing you to drive across the street to the resort to enjoy the various pools, hot tubs, Lake with floating trampoline/climbing peaks. It is nice to have these available if your going to use them. If not then you might as well go some where else for less or stay at the resort. Note: They do add an additional fee for the use of the resort facilities.

It was reasonably price with a pool. There were bugs in the room and the staff seemed lazy. The hotel was fairly close to Disney with a reasonable price. Some of the staff were not helpful with finding a working remote for the TV. There were on site washer and Dryer and a pool. I probably will not stay there again, just because I would rather be closer to Disney.

We are season pass holders for disney and live 1 1/2 hrs away. We come 2 x a month and usually stay on disney or at a hotel near by. I will stay here again!! Very Very clean I have a 2yr old and I felt comfortable that he wasn't getting nasty germs by touching everything in the room. I was very happy with how clean. The room had a microwave, medium size frig, and queen beds it was great. Definitly a good choice:)
