The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful.Even though we did not have hot water for taking showers in the mornings twice and the fitness center needs to be updated from the 70's equipment our over all stay was great.

My family and I are relocating to Rio Rancho and were looking for a hotel to stay until our home was ready to move into. We checked out the extended stay properties and as we traveled a little further North, we were delighted to find the Inn at Rio Rancho & Conference Center. The lobby was breathtaking and the overall service personafied southwestern hospitality. Our room was spacious and surrounded a beautiful courtyard and natural preserve. The food was excellent and the tequila bar was happening and very trendy! This remarkable full service property matched the rates we had been quoted from the limited service extended stay properties and had so much more to offer! We stayed just over 2 weeks and we will highly recommend the INN. Thank you for making us feel right at home.

The original room we booked had a broken AC in the room, but were relocated to a room even better. They were very accomodating.

Thank you to everyone at the Inn at Rio Rancho & Conference Center. Our stay was simply magnificent! and affordable. The staff was always extremley friendly and helpful. Our meals were always wonderfully prepared and their selection and prices were right on the money. We will recommend this hotel gem to everyone we know. The hotel, I am told, has just undergone a million dollar renovation. The entire staff, lobby artwork and clean guestrooms really left a beautiful impression and memories we will cherish for some tiime. Thank you everyone :-)

We were in Rio Rancho for a high school graduation. The motel lobby does not reflect the age/state of the rest of the motel. Of course, pictures are deceiving, but they definitely did not give us an accurate picture of the accommodations. If the rooms had not been clean, we would not have stayed. It was difficult to get help for repair of the very noisy, non-cooling air conditioner until the last day when the maintenance staff provided a stand-alone air blower. The courtyard door was difficult to close and lock. The motel lobby was vacant of staff on two of the three occasions we tried to talk to someone personally about the faulty conditions. We also understood that there were issues with the unit prior to our being there, so we're not sure why they booked the room again before the needed repairs were made. Could it be that we got a good price through Orbitz and were delegated a back room, so to speak? The grounds in the courtyard area need a lot of help. They did not seem to be tended to at all. The location of the motel was good for the reason we were in Rio Rancho, and the units were clean. A pet peeve, however...someone needs to show the room service staff how to make a bed. Our bed linens were a mess, lumpy, and came undone every night. Should have just done it ourselves.

Resort style hotel was clean, comfortable, and affordable. The lobby offers beautiful artwork and the staff is friendly and knowledgable. Our guest room opened up into a zenl-like courtyard which was as beautiful as it was relaxing. Our guest room was also clean with SW flair, new carpet and our bed was very comfortable. We dined in the restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and were very impressed with the delicious entrees and selection. We were most impressed with the Southwestern hospitality that was consistently offered and the overall value of this stay. We look forward to our next stay!

I was in Albuquerque for business. The hotel provided a great place to relax and unwind. As a woman traveling alone, I appreciated the locked, gated courtyard.

The hotel grounds and location are great for families with children, and they are pet friendly. Lacks proper maintenance (grout in tub, HVAC not working properly). The property has a very nice ambiance, yet the staff is aloof and unfriendly. This is the second time I have had my family stay here, think it might be the last.

Vending machine was out of order. No food available after hours. Wall mart and Walgreen's are the only things open 24 hours...

Inn was very good. Only problem was the television reception and remote control. We complained twice about the reception on the lower channels (uppers were no problem (14 thru end)) and were told the maintenace department wouold check it out. They did replace the dead remote control the first time, but failed to fix the snowy channels on the TV both times.

It wasn't horrible but not good. it was NOT a 3 star hotel, maybe 1. The restaurant in the inn was ridiculously expensive for moderately OK food and the drinks. When I originally went to check in the young man didn't even look at me and continued a conversation on the phone and with another person for 5 minutes before I tried to check in. When I told him I had a reservation he finally looked up my room and said there was no way he could check me in before 3 pm. it was 11:30 am. I mean really. are they that short staffed? The location sucks. you have to u-turn to get to the entrance. a free cheap breakfast was included and OK. the room... it felt so run down. the tile in the bathroom, grout, was coming out and the water handle is a pain to operate. it is just one star from me and wont be going back. the staff really needs to learn customer service and get a chef that can cook like a chef for $20-$30 per plate of yuck!

Staff was very helpful in helping me locate an address for an appointment in Corrales that I had forgotten. The center plaza and pool was relaxing, but to get ice late at night was a little scarey.

the hotel was superb! the accommodations were will fitting for my trip. I was in town to attend gathering of nations pow wow which too was awesome. The hotel was a 1/2 away form the college and that was good for me. The room had a massive bed a mini bar and a decent bath room dispite the phone next to the toilet. My room was at the back of the hotel and even though parking was tuff, I liked the layout of my loation. the room was quiet and relaxing. The only thing missing was i got a non smoking room, I was displeased that i was given a smoking room, when i reserved a non smoking room. I would suggest calling the day you arrive to find out what they are giving you for sure.(I have asma) I have liked a full breakfast at the hotel. But the place across the street was excellent. In my opinion this hotel would outshine any marroit, clarion, or any other top noch hotel or resort. but they do need to keep your reservation correct after it's been reserved. it really did make for a better trip.

Was there for medical appointment and was given additional discount because of that. Staff was superb. Very friendly, outgoing, knowledgeable, helpful and accomodating. Facility was spotless, large rooms, courtyard a real eye catcher.

Rooms were clean and quiet. We upgraded to double queen with coffee maker and mini refridgerator, thinking the room would be more spacious. It was not, with only a table and one chair in front of one of the beds. there was a coffee maker, but no fridge. Two of the four lights were missing switches. The first morning, there was no hot water. When I presented these issues to the manager, I was told that because my room was so far from the boiler, and the weather had been so cold that it took some time for the hot water to reach the room. The rest of my stay, I had to let the water run 45 minutes each morning until it was hot enough to shower. This doesn't seem like a very water-saving situation. I was told that not every double queen room has a fridge, and that orbitz probably did not request this. The room with fridge was listed on my orbitz travel document. The third night, I asked again at the desk about the lights and fridge. the clerk made some notes, but I was never contacted. On the final night, I wanted to leave a wake up call, but could tell the phone would not work right, which it did'nt. the call never came. the desk said they called three times, but it was busy. I was awake, and the phone never rang. These were small annoyances that did not really matter to us, because we were only there mainly at night, and I did not push any issues, but we were not contacted by anyone during our 6 night stay. Great location and a quiet nights sleep. I would stay there again, but might call ahead to be sure to be closer to the boiler, and that I had a refridgerator.

The hotel was very clean, it just wasn't what we expected based on the pictures on the internet. It was older, the pool and hot tub were not open, and there was no notice of that stated. They had a decent continental breakfast. It suited our needs for the most part, as we were basically only there to sleep.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I liked that the room I had was facing the courtyard and easy to access. The room was very clean with enough lines and amenities. The location is centralized and close to shopping malls and recreation activities.

The only thing that I can say is that we enjoyed ourselves very much. It was very friendly and everyone was great to us. We would definetley stay there again.

We were impressed with the size of the room that looked out on a large grass area with a door leading out to it. You were also able to park in front of your room.
