Very friendly staff and clean rooms. The breakfast buffet was very good but the afternoon happy hour left much to be desired. The lack of hot water was very inconvenient. Free newspapers were advertised but they were not available. Was told I could go next door and buy a paper.

The staff was quick to check me in and out, the breakfast was GREAT! The pillows were hard. Over all I had a wonderful stay, the hotel is in a great location. The staff was friendly and the room was great. I would recommend this to my friends.

Found this affordable hotel near the freeway and only a short drive to Scottsdale Stadium. Very easy to attend a few Giants spring training games. Food and service was good, the staff helpful, except with controlling late night noise. Big negative was the room location. It was directly at the foot of the stairs from the 2nd floor and the entrance to the cafe patio - VERY NOISY! We were unable to move to a different room, hotel was totally booked. Besides the noise issue, I'd recommend this hotel for a weekend stay.

Gave us a place in the very back. Laundry of maids or lower class folks in the rooms next door hanging on the railing. Room temp 90 degrees for an hour until it cooled off. Cheap bathroom features.

Convenience to AZ Mills, ASU, I system. Nothing negative to say. Beverages in room, social hour, breakfast on site, big rooms with fridge and microwave. Easy to get around the valley from the hotel. Comfy bed and chairs. Nice desk area for computer use. Easy to use laundry. Nice pool and hot tub.

We simply used this hotel as a retreat from busy family days. It was wonderful.

Spacious, a separate room with a desk and couch and free internet.

We were very pleased with our short stay at InnSuites Tempe. Very easy freeway and city access. Close to campus, close to airport, close to most everything. Wonderful breakfast. Just a great motel.

Comfy beds, kiddy's playground and free breakfast. Hot tub was ice cold and was not well kept or big enough. I would absolutely stay there again. Staff was very responsive with all requests and best of all right across the street from AZ Mills mall and close to many others.

The InnSuites on Baseline Rd. in Phoenix/Tempe was a great for the money. Room was clean and quiet. The beds were great - very comfortable. The only thing they need to update is their towels and bath mats. The breakfast and complimentary social hour were also very nice. I would stay again.

Free breakfast. Too close to freeway and noisy guests in parking lot late at night.

very comfortable, the room seemed much larger than most with a desk area and a table and two chairs. I liked the fact that the bathroom was separate from the vanity area and there was a sink with a long counter and there was adequate space for hanging clothes and they provided two suitcase stands.

Location for spring training games. Pool was broken. Stayed here several times and convenient.

The hotel was convenient and clean. The room was lacking in sound proofing material. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was not a quiet place. You could hear all the traffic from the nearby street and when any of the nearby rooms showers were operating.

The room smelled, you can hear through the walls, located next to a strip club, only one person at the counter and not very helpful. The hotel is located in front of the Arizona Mills. The room we had was old and smelled of smoke. The hotel is located next to a strip club and at night it can be very noisy. I was very disappointed with my stay and I do not plan on staying there again.

The bed was absolutely amazing, so comfortable! There was a large stain on the carpet in my room. Very friendly and accommodating staff, and the price was relatively low compared to the comfort and pleasantness of the facility. Great location right off the freeway.

The location and staff were perfect. There were a few computers in the bus center A little outdated. My overall experience in this hotel was good. The location was perfect. The staff was friendly. It is time for an update of the rooms. Maybe new furniture.

they had an excellent continental breakfast and good happy hour Old, used, not updated and very dirty, small rooms crammed bathroom I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I was extremely unsatisfied. There was hair that never got cleaned up all over in the bathroom and tub and sink, disgusting. The room itself was average in size however the shower portion of the bathroom was so small I felt as if I needed to keep the door open to make it feel large enough to shower. I shared with the front desk and she didn't even try to offer me a free stay for next time. Her solution was to offer me a free upgrade next time, but why would I want to spend more money with them?

I liked the fact that they had a complimentary breakfast. Dirty carpet and un safe shower and un clean shower head. Overall the stay was okay. However the walls are thin and you hear everything, and it could use alot of maintenance in the rooms.
