GREAT REMODEL I stayed here when my friend got married. The Indigo Courtyard Inn Sites is definitely the best for your money in West Covina. I was born and raised in West Covina and travel often there to visit my family& friends so I've stayed at most hotels in the area. If you're looking for upscale, then West Covina is not where to find it. However, the Indigo Courtyard Inn Sites offers clean rooms.The rooms were the biggest sized i have ever seen 2 king beds , the hotel was well-kept and clean.The staff is very friendly, the place is always clean, and the rooms are generally quiet. Housekeeping was good with things like folding the towels into cute shapes that the kids really liked and they were so friendly. Conveniently located across from Eastland shopping Center with a good selection of mid-priced restaurants & shopping nearby. They also have a computer in the lobby for guests to access internet. internet access is wireless and landline This hotel is perfect for people on a budget i payed about $80. GREAT HOTEL

The rooms were big and spacious. Located in good area. Good continental breakfast.

Maids did a good job, pool was clean. Front desk personnel very unfriendly. Good for the price. Fridge in room a plus. Nice pool area. If you can avoid rush hour the LA traffic isn't bad. But the front desk reception was very unpleasant. Less than helpful. Rude.

I got the room for 1 night, Is not bad if you just want a place to lay your head down ...Staff is not friendly at all. During check in and check out I did not see one smile from staff. Rooms and towels look really dingy. This place needs a face lift. Worst hotel stay I have had in the past 10yrs. Only good thing to say about this hotel is that the location is close to all the stores and restaurants.

Although the hotel is under construction it is a nice hotel. Rooms are very nice and offer alot more than most hotels do. I had everything I needed from breakfast, ref and microwaves to internet access. It is a nice place to stay and very clean and comfortable rooms.

The look of the hotel. Very nice. It was a great hotel to stay at. Very quaint. Mall is right across the street. It was a good experience.

First off I got exactly what I paid for a simple room with a bed to sleep in. Hotel staff were not rude but not exactly friendly, didn't get much of a greeting. Lots of parking. Room came with small frig and microwave. Basic room for a basic price. Would stay here again. Stayed Sat til Sun pool was open till 10pm. Veronica got very drunk.

The rep said they are booked even though the computer offers suites at low rates. They set you up for disappointment. Rude over the phone also.
