Didn't get what we were expected. Service is kinda disappointed us. Rooms are not as great as published on web. Just an average joe.~

This was my 3rd time staying with Impiana KLCC, very disappointed instead. The service at the front desk was very disappointing, no sense of welcoming us. It was written that guest coming in will receive welcome drinks and warm towel. Instead of all these, we were so-called welcomed by proud receptionist and staffs around seems hack care to serve. And it was first day of chinese new year, we were not given any oranges and new year greetings instead one staff had taken an orange and ate it himself, in front of the guests. Unlike last year, I went during chinese new year time too, we were served with drinks and towels and were given a plate of oranges in our room every day of our stay. I supposed the hotels service should improve instead of going the other way round as I had known that the hotel had got award recently for its service. Really disappointed by its service. And it was so noisy in the night, the noise came from the level above us, and both rooms we booked could hear and were disturbed by the noise. We couldn't bother to complain when we thought of the attitude of the staffs there. Just tell ourselves this may be the last time we stayed in this hotel. But only thing to compliment is the service of the valet staffs and the manager serving us that morning. I think we will go find another hotel with better service next time~!

Stayed with the family. A value for money. Location fantastic, just opposite the KL Convention Centre, near to Aquaria KLCC and my wife loves it here, because it is just 5 - 10 minutes walk to Suria KLCC and Pavillion Shopping Centre.

Stay at Impiana KLCC in Dec 08..Returned April 09 Front desk remember...check-in was very smooth no delay...they even let me check in at 10am that day...Keep it up:)) They should provide free shutter service to KLCC and Pavillion for hotel guest.

The Impiana KLCC is in a really great location, a short walk from either the Twin Towers / Suria shopping center, or the new Pavilion Mall. Rooms was extremely comfortable, and the free internet was fast. The hotel is excellent value for money.

i stayed there for my business trip last month. the hotels staff were very friendly and helpful. There is an incident i can't find a car park slot but they offer to park my car. The room was big and the bed (most beautiful). i can say they are worth 5 stars.

The facilities are very good, specially the pool area. It is not too big, but it has a wonderful view of the Petronas towers. The Spa service is wonderful! There are very skilled and kind therapists and it is a nice place to relax. There are very good musicians in the lobby in the evenings. Breakfast buffet offers several alternatives of local and international food to select Hotel's staff is very friendly. In general is an excellent place to stay for fair price

Great hotel for the price. We stayed here for 5 nights. Only two problems: breakfast buffet had a nice spread but the "warm food" was barely warm. THe other problem is the walls and floors are extremely thin and so you can hear everything in the room next door even when they are not being very noisy. Never stay here on a Friday or Saturday night (drinking nights) if you want a good nights sleep! This is an unfortunate problem for this hotel as Service and location of this hotel is excellent.

What can i say? I booked this hotel because of their rave reviews. I had to give them a try and i was blown away.. This hotel is a gem! A gem waiting to be found and now i found mine and it's going to be permanently my choice when i'm in Kuala Lumpur. 1) Good service - Everyone in the hotel were spontaneous and helpful. Everyone carried a smile on their face for the 3 nights when i was there. 2) Spacious and well-equipped room - Spacious with many room amenities like plush bathrobes, plush towels, in-room safe, toiletries and flowers to brighten up my stay in their Deluxe Room. And their best quality? Their free in-room internet! Unlimited usage! 3) Good location - Opposite KLCC, 5 mins walk to Pavilion and to the rest of Bukit Bintang and 15 mins walk to Beach Club. Impiana is located right at where you eould need to go for business and shopping. 4) Great breakfast spread - Breakfast was fabulous! Every breakfast was a happy meal to start a good day. They had local food, continental and american.. Their choices of bread have a selection of almost 6 varieties! And i love their roti chanai and fish curry. The only complaint that i have was that there was no clock in the room but other than that, many compliments for this hotel! It was a truly a blessing to stay with Impiana.

My family and I stayed over at the Impiana KLCC during the Asia Pacific USANA Conference 2008 over at the KL Convention Centre. To my surprise, this hotel is just less then 100 meters away from the convention centre. Whilst I spent my 3 full days at the conference, my wife and 2 kids had a good time exploring the surroundings. KLCC Suria and Pavillion Shopping Centre which is like less then 5 mintues walk from the hotel, have so much to offer for shopping. When it come to eating, we would recommend the Madam Kwan's at KLCC or the Dragon-I at Pavillion. YUMMY! Food courts at both of the shoppping centres have so much varities to offer. Name it local dellights, Japanese, Korean, Western, they have it all! You be spoilt for choice!. Then there is the Aquaria KLCC just at tbe basement of the convention centre. Imagine seeing sharks right in the heart of the city!! My kids love the playgroung at the KLCC Park. They are all just at the Hotel door step. We enjoyed our stay very much and cantt wait to be here again during the school holidays and the KL Mega Sales!

I booked this hotel based on the prebious review and was not let down at all.Great location, great service, etc. etc.Our stay was so pleasant that when they made a mistake and undercharged me I felt obliged to correct them and pay up. I haven't been to too many places over the years when I felt like doing that!

Great Hotel, Great Staff, Great Value for Money and Location is fabulous.Check out their Infinity pool, simply breathtaking at night with a magnificent view of the Petronas Twin Towers.Will definitely be back with family and friends.

Small friendly hotel conveniently placed to KLCC. Standard (Superior) room a bit small but OK; well priced.
