The worst service ever, the worst hotel ever, I prefer to sleep on the street or don't go to my vacations, stay away from this hotel and pay a little more and maybe you avoid headaches. This place is the top of the worst.

This hotel is a little outdated and it does need some work. But for the price, you cannot expect a resort or spa. We stayed there 10 days and with the money saved we did everything. You are close to Wet and Wild, Universal, and Skyventure. Security issues, all old hotels have several entrances on which the locks do not work. Does an open lobby offers more security? Staff was friendly and responsive. They fix your room everyday with a lot of clean towels, fresh coffee, and they do vacuum. Did the lobby and halls smell, yes, but what I care for was my room and it did not smell. Hot water,TV,fridge, and AC worked fine.

First of all, they didn't have my reservation when I arrived. The halls were creepy. The light fixtures on the walls were crooked and there was trash in the halls. People could come in who were not guests of the hotel--and they did! I had someone slip a flyer through my door at 8:00 at night and it sounded like someone was about to come in my room. When I called the front desk they were neither helpful nor consoling. They just explained that it happens all the time. The bathroom was disgusting and the room had a bad smell. There was a stain on the night stand that looked like it could have been blood. I knew nothing about this place when I arrived and I am sure I will never stay in a hotel that is not a reputable chain EVER again!

Unclean and very terrible attitude of the staffs. 10$ per day for wireless in room. Even in the business center, very expensive wireless rating was applied. Little items such as a microwave, a refrigerator were not equipped and rented to the customers. The staff was not well trained and was very terrible. This hotel may damage your vacation.

This Hotel could be a classic if a little elbow grease was applied to it. The decorations and layout are really nice. Although the lobby was fine, the room needed a serious paint job. It looked shabby--stains on the ceiling and walls. It was large and comfortable, though. Great price and location. The sign leads you to believe there is free wi-fi in the room, but signal strength was too weak to maintian a connection and it was NOT free.

We booked with a package deal for this hotel and theme park tickets. The bathroom fixtures had mold all over them, the shower curtain guard had been ripped out with the glue left behind, the toilet had issues with flushing. The air conditioner sounded like a truck was driving thru the room each time it kicked on. We asked for a rollaway bed for 2 nights and they failed to remove it after repeated calls to have it removed. We extended our vacation and had no choice but to stay another night as it was easier than changing hotels and were charged double what the room rate is listed for online. They have one washer and one dryer for about 100 rooms, so you are better off going to a laundromat. No security at all...each building has it's own entrance with no locking mechanism to pass thru to get into the building...anyone can come in.Parking lot is in need of serious repair and hotel lobby floor was filthy. Didn't even attempt to eat in the restaurant...UGH There are plenty of nicer places to stay...even motel 6 is better!!

The Imperial Swan Hotel was a good place for our family to stay. We go to Orlando about every other month, and we always stay for just a night. This hotel is great to stay in if you are not going to be in the hotel for your vacation. It was a good place to come and stay at night.

Location. Most hotels around offer breakfast, this is a feature that they should offer. Moderately nice, rooms need to have some repairs, Sliding door to patio did not open, tiles in bathroom falling off wall. Not major but just stuff that people see and judge. The shuttles to theme parks did not have. Beds were wore down they were lumpy from wear stops. AC was great they had it running didn't come into a hot room. Overall not bad, I was disappoint most about the shuttle service to cut out parking cost and time.

This hotel is located conveniently located just off of International Drive. Rates are very reasonable but you get what you pay for. Not a lot of amenities and the rooms are outdated and need renovation. If you are looking for a quiet place to shower and sleep within walking distance to Universal Studios, International Fleamarket and Wet&Wild then the Imerpial Swan is the place to stay.

My family traveled to Florida over the holidays and this Hotel was a Godsend. We are a family of 4 and we were doing the typical tourist things like going to the theme parks. After a Long day at the parks it was nice to stay at a place where you are made comfortable. All of the staff was nice . It is not a 5 star stuffy hotel but if youwant a place where you can feel safe and where you are made to feel welcome this hotel is it. Iwould definely recomend this place to my family and friendsThe only problem I found was the parking lot needs some work

The location was perfect for my places I needed to be. It wasn't clean enough, the room service and maid service was not up to my expectations. The hotel was located in an excellent location. I did not feel the Swan was as clean as it should be. The staff was very friendly and helpful, however, the last Priceline hotel I stayed at I received the wireless Internet at no charge, this hotel charged ten dollars a day plus the Internet service charged ten dollars which is a total of twenty dollars a day. You can just drive down the road a block at several eateries who let you use their Internet for free. I did purchase the hotel's Internet, but then I could not receive it in my room, I was very disappointed and asked for a refund from the Internet company I purchased it from. I did not like the room decor at all. My overall experience was disappointing of this hotel. Also, the maid service did not meet my expectations. I have been using Priceline for approximately five or more years. I do hope when I return to Orlando I will not be assigned this hotel, because I will always return to Priceline first, before I try something else.

The first room had a smell of thick mold and the floor was damp. My feet were wet. I went to have the room changed. The second room was for kids and would be cute if it didn't smell like cigar smoke, had peeling paint, and if there were no bugs and in the bathroom was a lizard. It didn?t want to leave because it had water to drink and complimentary bugs to eat. The third room still had a few bugs and smelled, but I figured the air conditioner worked and a clean fridge was the best I?d get.

Location. Dirty ,smelly, roaches in my room, pool closed, 2nd pool dirty. I would say the lobby was beautiful, but the hallways, rooms had a musty smell to them, roaches in the room, the fridge and toilet was dirty. When the staff was notified of this, their was no can we change your room. If it wasn't for the price, location I would have left and went elsewhere.

This hotel is filthy. The staff is rude and worthless. Someone should manage this place. The only thing good was the location.

I booked 2 rooms - one for my family and one for my elderly parents. It was not cheap by any means. I thought by utilizing a less expensive hotel - we would save money and enjoy our trip more. The hotel as not very clean. The back entrance door near our rooms did not close - risking a security problem. There was mold in the tub. The shhets did not fit well and did not stay on the bed - forcing us to sleep on bare matresses which is VERY unsanitary. While it was not a big distance from the theme park......it was not easy to get to from the hotel. The food at the hotel was terrible and the service was worse. We would never try this again. In the future we will always pay the extra $$ and stay on sight at the resort to avoid this terrible experience.

Stay here if you truely cannot afford to stay somewhere else. The hotel needs serious work. Bath, carpet, pool, paint, beds and everything is pretty shabby. The area is quite bad too; there were two shootings whiel we were there (in one week). Defintely stay in Maingate if going to WDW. Even if going to Universal!

Fridge and Micro in room was nice. No elevator and with bad knees didn't help out much.
