this place is great for location and price.it is clean , comfortable but not luxurious . other reviewers who complain about it are expecting too much for such a cheap hotel. Im heading there again in november , five nights midweek in luv tub king room for $350.if you want luxury the mirage would charge double that for a standard room.

Comfortable bed is aboutI can say and it was clean. Didn't have a coffee pot or offer any breakfast or anything for that matter. I have asthma and I was not told that our rooms were going to be on the 26th floor I had to do alot of walking just to get to it, Very confusing on getting to casino and parking was far and the buffet was horrible and expensive.

This is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms were dirty (we were in two different rooms). The first room was very old, the blankets had obviously not been washed, and smelled of body odor. The carpets were filthy. The pool area is only open until 5pm, which is ridiculous for Vegas! The elevators are ridiculously slow, causing guests to prop open the fire doors to the stairways to be able to get around. The restaurants are pricey, and poor quality. It costs $20/day to use the fitness facility. I travel a lot, and this is the worst...

Good value hotel, although starting to get a bit tired. You basically get what you pay for. Well situated on the strip, close to most other attractions and casinos.

The hotel staff was friendly and courteous from the moment that I arrived. The front desk clerk switched my room assignment to a room that she said would be quieter(ie- not on the strip side of the hotel) than the one for me in the computer. The buffet was excellent. And the Dealertainers, celebrity impersonator card dealers and croupiers, were a lot of fun!

Good location, stayed in an older room - was asked to upgrade to a deluxe room for extra $20/night, on a budget. Room was adequate - hotel was confusing to navigate but location was great.

Take my advice and do not stay here. It is a dump! There is a reason it is so cheap. We checked into a room that had not been cleaned. The front desk did not care at all and it took over an hour to get us a clean room. Even the "clean" room was not all that the clean. The casino is trashy, overall the place is a total dump and the staff treats customers awful. We switched first thing the next day to the Flamingo, which was great. Spend a little bit extra, trust me, it will be worth it.

i suggest getting a room that overlooks the pool if you enjoy music. The rooms are plain but the pool has a dj at the pool late morning and you can just enjoy the music when you wake up, and if you want some funny entertainment hit up the karaoke bar on the 2nd floor or go to the rockhouse right in front of the lobby, they have great music and drinks

There is nothing to recommend. Everything I don't like. Don't go there, smoking smell and lot's of noise. I could not sleep in there.

Great position but the place is very old and dated. We could have stayed at other Casinos for around the same price and next time we will. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was below standard as was the snack counter. Over all a very poor standard

We have stayed at the Imperial many times in the past and thought it was a great place. Well since the new manament has taken over the place is no longer a decent hotel to stay at. The service is terrible. The hotel is dirty and old. The room decor hasn't changed in fifty years. The elevators will leave you waiting for what seems like forever to go up or down. There sleasey people out front handing out girlie flyers day and night. The food is over priced an not that good. A classy hotel dosen't use powdered eggs for breakfast. The gaming is a joke. Slot points are hard to come by and the machines are broken and have sticky buttons. The high limit slots are a joke. Who puts $1 slots in a high roller section? And then there are sales people on the way to the garage or monorail will hound you everytime you walk by trying to give you a show ticket if you'll stop listen to their sales pitch. My suggestion is pass this one by, don't walk, run. To the nearest four or five star hotel you can find.

the location of the hotel is awesome, it is right in the middle of the strip. The dealertainers were fun to play with. We went down for wedding ,have stayed at other hotes before really liked this one. It is a little bit of an older casino but it is worth it. We had no problem with check in or check out it was easy to get a drink while playing, would reccomend to anyone who wants to pay less for a hotel with great location. the room was clean and the non smoking room was actually fresh smelling. Did eat a burger palace the only good thing was the pizza the burger was not good at all but its open 24 hours.

Went to the hotel for a reunion of sorts. The hotel was almost totally booked so we were ready for the wait at registration. The room was handicapped accessible; bring a wheelchair it is a must! Very long waits at the elevator - took the up one to the top so we could get one coming down! Do not recommend the burger joint; the teacup cafe was ok; the service at the cafe was outstanding.
