This is the second time I have stayed here and it has been great both times. The staff are lovely and the facilities are more than adequate. Great price offered by [your website] for this hotel!

For the price I pay, it screams: value for money! The room, the bath tub, the hot water, the service works better than expected. However the mattress is too soft, not good for the aged spine. I notice the spare pillows are of different heights with the ones on the bed, which is a nice choice.

A Great Hotel in a great location. Very nice for my wife and I as we celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary. The Room was very clean with everything you need and expect from a 4 star hotel. The breakfast buffet was good, maybe could have been a little better, but we did get there an hour before it was over. It was too cold for us to swim in the pool, but the pools looked gorgeous and very clean! We enjoyed it very much. Don't hesitate to book this hotel when staying in Chiang Mai.

We arrived early (10.15 a.m.), but our room was ready, clean and well-prepared. Friendly staff and a very nice breakfast buffet!

The hotel is very well located but more than 10 years neglect show, also the daily cleaning of the room would do well with some more commitment. It was a very nice hotel in 1992, today it urgently need attention to regain the possition as one of the major hotels in Chiang Mai.

This hotel was clean and close to everything. The service was friendly but not very attentive and communication was dissicult at times. Lots of tour groups so can be noisy at times but for a clean, comfotable room when you are out sight seeing most of the day this is cheap and cheerful.

Great hotel in an excellent location close to old town, markets and numerous restaurants. Staff were friendly and efficient. The only thing I can fault this hotel on was the bed, which was very hard.
