Just a warning to be aware of unscrupulous charging policies at this hotel - following our departure having paid our bill IN FULL we received an email informing us that we were being charged to our credit card for a meal in the restaurant that we had not had!!! when we queried this we were sent a mail with details of the meal which was signed for by a name and number that was not the room in which we stayed!they have refused to refund this error and ignored subsequent calls reporting no manager is available and 4 emails!! please be careful of your credit card details with this hotel - they do not seem to care who pays once somebody does!

i have stayed at this hotel three times , it is my favorite hotel, staff are great nothing to complain about

The resort property is on the beach and on flat land which makes moving through the resort easy. The location is great, being in the middle of Choeng Mon Beach. This area is not overly populated like other areas of Samui. It offers the right balance of views & tranquility for a relaxing holiday. The room was spacious while the balcony was large with views of the beautiful and manicured gardens. Staff friendliness and service was OK, but not as good as other resorts on Samui where I have previously stayed. I will definately be returning to Choeng Mon Beach, but will probably choose another resort in the area.
