"dirty rooms especially the bathrooms. jacuzzi didn't work. bad plumbing.no phone,no remote. no water in pool,just dead leaves and debri. I woudn't recommend this hotel to anyone and I would never stay there again."

"This ""motel"" is a garbage, a shame for the Niagara Falls City, a dirty place, a smelly rooms, no phone , spider nets all over. Plus the price is much much lower on the door than in the web. Horrible. The worst experince from a hotel-motel ever."

great location and great price ... but a motel with a location like that could do so well ... they need to get rid of the old lady working there and need to rennovate ... you get what u pay for i guess

"the lady at the front desk was horrible when it came to service. she was rude and ignorant...neva eva visit this motel esp because of her....there was no ice machine, washroom needs desperate repairs..no pool..cable wasnt clear..no phone nor tv remotes.."
