In the pristine green of the Tuscan nature, in the middle of the hunting of San Donato, overlooking the Park of Maremma and Talamone, we rent, for short and long periods, suites and rooms. You can spend a relaxing holiday in close contact with vegetation and wildlife typical of the Maremma, a few minutes from the sea of Costa d'Argento......With its extension of about 5,000 square meters of garden, planting with ornamental plants and fruit, the Podere 13 offers the opportunity to spend an unforgettable stay in a natural environment and unique. The building has five apartments, all with heating and TV. Of these, two are each composed of two bedrooms, one fixed marriage and one double room (converted into marriage), with two further additional posts in the sofa in the living room, three other apartments each have a master bedroom sets and two seats Add-in sofa in the living room. All apartments are ground floor with independent entrance from the garden, bathroom with shower; they also have kitchen living room dining room, unless the apartment blu with kitchen and living dining room with fireplace; everyone is equipped with dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots and bedding, bath and kitchen linen changed weekly. Each apartment has a front-entered an area in the garden, equipped with sunshade, table, chairs and sun loungers. There are also two double bedrooms with bathrooms. Animals are not accepted. At your arrival we will ask you: A guarantee deposit in cash for an amount of 100,00 (hundred00) for stays in apartments and rooms, as security for good use; A guarantee deposit in cash as security for restitution of the gate remote control for an amount of 50,00 (fifty00), for stays in apartments and rooms. These guarantee deposits will repay after the control of your apartment or room and the restitution of the gate remote control in good running conditions.
