The wash basin reeks of urine, it seems the family that checkout before us has kids and most probably has them urinate in the wash basin when the toilet is occupied. The housekeeping seems doesn't have detergent to clean, saw them just lugging around vacuum cleaner and a big plastic garbage bag, no cleaning agent with them. the shower area floods fast when showering, told the staff but they either didn't do anything or couldn't do anything, the problem was with us the whole stay. And the hotel seems to allow occupants esp those in the outside rooms to eat and drinks outside by their rooms, so the noise sometimes aren't let till late late into the night, hard to sleep when this is going on. Told the staff but to no avail.
