What can i say the worst hotel that i have been in i could have just bring my house and lived in that so i would say so much more improvement to be done so very very very very bad Dont GO THERE WARNING TO EVERYONE

This was the worst hotel in Mangga Dua Area. The wall stinks and the breakfast had small cockroach and unhealthy. I got dizzy over the small hallway going to room and at night the hallway was noisy and could be heard loudly at my room. The receptionists can't speak fluent English and had bad breath. My luggage was cut open when I returned to my room and the chambermaid didn't clean the bathroom. Bedbugs all over the blankets and had caused me itchiness the next morning. The T.V. reception is bad and hot shower id not functioning well with rust fluid dripping when I opened it for the first time. The only good thing about the hotel was the location. But I woke up with barely enough rest due to hard bed and bed bugs. I won't torture myself with another bad experience in this hotel again!!!

Security. Facilities were not functioning. The apartment was nice, cozy but many basic appliances were not working properly. Air conditioning was not functioning and the fridge too.

I had to call this hotel no less than 8 times to pay by credit card because each time, somebody would hang up on me while telling me to "wait", or somebody would transfer me to a line and keep me on hold for over 5 minutes. Calling from overseas, it is rather expensive to be kept on hold for so long. IN FACT, RIGHT THIS MOMENT, I am on hold for their "front desk" and have been on hold for the past 5 minutes again, On the first day my colleagues checked in, I called the hotel to confirm that I would be paying over the telephone. The person at reception told me this was no problem. Yesterday (they day before my colleagues check out), I called the hotel again to confirm. They told me that they would check with their supervisor and call tomorrow when my colleagues were checking out. Then they did not call me this morning - they ARE NOT AUTHORISED TO MAKE INTERNATIONAL CALLS!!!! NOTE: THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE A HOTEL CATERING TO INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS. So obviously they know international calls cost money. Yet they are happy to leave me on hold when I call them, for a total of over 30 minutes. Now, I am wasting time and money on trying to be connected through to their "front desk", their "manager on duty" and even my colleague who is at the front desk because everyone I have spoken to at the hotel keeps telling me that it is their hotel policy that the credit card needs to be charged at their hotel despite the fact that their front desk on the first day told me that it was fine for me to pay over the phone. No one will transfer me to their manager. No one will give me another payment option. My colleagues need to check out because they have a flight to take. Yet they can not because the hotel staff are being completely unprofessional.
