Ibis Sydney Airport is located 1 km from the domestic and 3 km from the international airport. This hotel is 100% non smoking and offers broadband internet access in each of its 200 guest rooms.

Dine in our award winning 80 seat restaurant, ibistro , which offers an a"la carte menu from 0530 to 2230. Alternative meal options are available 24 hours a day.

Our cocktail bar is open until midnight whilst reception is open 24 hours a day - seven days a week.

Car parking is also available for inhouse guests at a rate of $12.00 per vehicle per night.

Ibis is just 20 minutes drive from the CBD, with the local train station, Mascot, a 5 minute walk away. There is a shuttle (0500 – 2300) to and from the airport, available at a small fee.

For pick from the domestic terminal please make way to the "horseshoe" bend between terminals T2 and T3.
For pick from the international please make your way to bus bay 6 at the north end of terminal T1. Shuttles run every 30 to 40 minutes.

I had a prepaid reservation. The hotel didn't recognize it as prepaid and charged my credit card for the room & tax again. The website states they provide free breakfast, they do not normally provide free breakfast. The website says they provide free shuttle service to & from the airport. They charge 4 per person for shuttle service to the airport. The Internet service was slow and expensive at 27AUD/day.Everything else was as should be expected.

Very small rooms and bathroom. perfect location very close to airport. 6 dollar shuttle bus to airport ever 20 minutes. will stay again! staff quite helpful, restaurant staff very pleasant.

While the location is excellent for the International Airport and the rooms are externally sound proofed- the noise level internally is very bad, both in the bedrooms & in the reasturant/bar and reception areas.

Extremley close to the airport. Perfect for transist visits. Shuttle bus service which is very convient approx. Rooms are clean and compact. Overall very good.

Staff unfriendly, staff members at breakfast arguing amongst themselves so everyone could here, during dinner staff yell across the room when addressing another staff member (not professional), check-in staff member wasn't friendly (didn't look like they wanted to be there). Would not stay there again for these reasons.

I enjoyed the close proximity to the Airport. I enjoyed the room and the food selection. I did not enjoy that I had to pay for dinner rates to have dinner in my room when what I wanted was a burger and you can not get one between 5.30pm and 10.30pm. It is like you are forcing me to spend more than I want and I think that is unfair. You offer an all day selection and then I can't have it at dinner time. Your reception staff do not smile at guests. A smile speaks volumes in service. Thank you for listening.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ibis Hotel Sydney Airport. When we checked in we asked for a wake up call at 5am to enable us to catch our plane on time. This call was never received which was disappointing as we were pushed for time after sleeping in a little more than I had wanted to. Fortunately we managed to catch our plane, apart from the above our short stay was good.

Would not stay there again this hotel takes advantage of remotness to other facilities and is over the top for drinks and food in particular breakfast is $17.50 whether you want cereal and toast or a full breakfast. Although the room was smoke free the same cannot be said for the hallway and for the first time in my travels I was charge d for their airport shuttle.
