Location is good. Hotel reception area is shoddy and needs an update as is the dining and bar area. Staff are unprofessional and have a casual attitude e.g.smoking/drinking in the bar area while on duty. I found this off putting, I haven't seen it in any of the other hotels I have stayed in. Standard of food in the restaurant is appalling, food served was not fresh and to be frank was visually off putting.And completely over priced considering that the prices are on a par with some of the top class restaurants in the old city. Disgraceful! I would not stay here again, and up to this point felt the Ibis chain of hotels were very dependable. But management accounts for a lot I suppose.
