What are your breakfast options?: Our breakfast options in the restaurant are either the fully cooked breakfast buffet or Continental breakfast buffet. The cost is $30.00 per person for the fully cooked buffet or $24.00 per person for the Continental buffet. We also offer room service breakfast at the Novotel whilst breakfast options are also available off the grab-and-go menu at the Ibis. The Acacia Restaurant is open for breakfast from 6:00am - 10:30am (Monday - Friday) and from 6:00am - 11:00am (Saturday, Sunday and public holidays).
What transport is available to get around?: We are a 2 minute walk from the train station which offers transport into the city and out to Onehunga/South Auckland. Once in the city, there are a number of buses or trains depending on where you need to travel to. Otherwise, taxis are readily available. In regards to airport transport, the most economical option is to take a shuttle; we use a company called Super Shuttle, or else a taxi.
What can I do nearby?: The hotel is a 10 minute drive or train ride from Auckland's CBD which offers a number of attractions and entertainment options. For those who prefer to be more active, the hotel is equipped with a fitness centre and is within walking distance of One Tree Hill.
Do you have internet?: We do have broadband internet available in the rooms. This is either $14.90 for 2 hours or $29.90 for 24 hours.
Do you provide parking?: We offer complimentary car parking available at the hotel for guests.
