This was my husband's and my first visit. We had a very nice visit. We found the facilities very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a king sized bed as requested. The view of the bay was awesome. The casino and all games were fun. Hats off to the valet staff. There were some loud early morning noises possibly from the cleaning staff, otherwise not noisy. The pool area is very nice also.

What can I say? This place had everything. Great restaurants, plenty of choices. My wife and I stayed two nights at the suggestion of her sister who is local. We ate at Tien looking out over the water, superb chef. I played blackjack and held my own, while my wife did really well at the Slots, and to top it off, her sister won one of the random jackpots they had going. We had heard this was the new "bigtime" resort now in Biloxi, and we will always stay hear when we visit the coast.

We stayed two nights at the IP in Biloxi. The room was very nice, bed was comfortable - only complaint would be the lack of secuirty at the guest room elevators. We experienced no noise the first night - the second night was awful, however - lots of noise in the hallways. The casino was nice, we spent 98% of our time there. We will definitely be back!!

If you are planning to stay at the Imperial Palace in Biloxi, be aware they do not honor reservations made and guaranteed with a credit card. We made reservations online and drove for 10 hours to find out they had given our room away, stating that the credit card we used was declined, which is not possible. We asked to speak to a manager and asked her to rerun the card which she did and stood in front of us and bold faced lied to us that the card was declined again. The staff and management at the Imperial Place cannot be trusted, be wary doing any business with this establishment. The room most likely was sold at a higher rate as there was a convention at the same time. We went to the Palace Casino where they were most helpful in getting us a room and using the same credit card that was declined, which worked without any problems 10 minutes later, just confirms that the Imperial Place out ant out lied that the card was declined. I will be filing complaints with the State of Mississippi and Visa for the business practices of the Imperial Place. Our stay was for June 3, 2008 thru June 7, 2008.

Easy access to all services & a lot of choices. Charged $ 15 fee at spa to exercise. Good location, quality room, adequate service, a lot of food & play choices.

The resort is great they have a hugh pool and big Hot tub. There are plenty of chairs and a bar and grill poolside. They also have large screen TV so you can watch mostly sports with no sound. They have music instead. The rooms are nice, but the TV channels are limited and hard to find. Of course there is a casino which I did not use. They also have several places to eat. The buffet is overpriced at $22.00. I did have to call housekeeping at about 5pm because the maid hadn't made up the room.

I stayed at the IP while visiting my husband who is in the military. The pool was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The rooms were what you would find in any hotel. It was clean, but the bathroom was neglected until departure so there was hair left all over the bathroom floor. The restaurants were expensive, including the buffet which was 22 per person which may be fine for a man's appetite, but I don't think I ate more than 10 worth of food. The cocktails were also very expensive. The band playing in the "night club" was outstanding. Good music, lot's of audience involvement and lively. Isis was their name. My husband and I don't gamble, so I can't rate anything related to the casinos except they were clean and quite busy. They also had a great sports bar on the second floor which had pretty good food.

Great hotel, definitly a tie for best hotel/casino in all of Biloxi. And the price is better than the rest. Dont let the cheaper prices of other casino hotel rooms fool, they are NO where near as good as this one. We went to all other other casinos that were cheaper and they sucked. For the little extra money, best place there.

Even non smoking rooms were Smokey. Have no desire to stay at this hotel again. Very glitzy. Restaurants are all overpriced (this is Biloxy, not NY). Entire hotel and non smoking room was Smokey. Our clothes smelled like smoke when we were re packing later in the trip at a different hotel.

What a wonderful surprise. Sounded like a great deal, but there's always that doubt when you think you're getting a great deal. This was awesome! Wonderful accomodations. Fabulous room and a really nice overall experience. Would stay here anytime at twice the price.

while on our stay at the IPJan 4-7-08 , I had dropped a bank envelope with 2 100. bills in it I did not notice it missing until later that night. The next morning thinking it an impossible mission we went to the security desk to see if it had been turned in. To our amazment it was there, I wish to thank the employee or guest who was so honest to turn this in, hopefully you will be rewarded for this.

It is a beautiful hotel. It is busy but the rooms are quiet. The restaurants are a little pricey. We did have a little trouble with the ac. The second night we were there, the ac went out at about 1:00 in the morning. A maintanence man replaced the unit and we received a $100 meal for the inconvience. Overall I would recommend the hotel.

The restaurants were excellent and the staff friendly. The casino was hot and restrooms a good distance from the casino floor.

I questioned the price right away... less than $* per night!!! I wanted to know why this great hotel was so cheap or inexpensive. I questioned the Reps by phone and she explained why they are so much less than other hotel casinos in the area. But it wasnt until we arrived that we saw how wonderful the hotel was. I loved everything about it. The staff, the room, the food! I would highly recommend visiting the IP to anyone that wants quality. They were just as awesome as a $100+ a night hotel.

We enjoyed staying at the IP, to get around use the Casino hoppers for a dollar each time or a five dollar day pass. This goes to all the casino and the CTA bus terminal. We found the IP very very expensive to eat at the buffet. The IP casino also doesn't pay much. People are very friendly everywhere. Not much to do but gamble. Rooms were clean. View was nice.

This was a quick trip for our anniversary. We found the hotel to be alive with excitement and bustling with vacationers. Our only complaint was that we wanted a king room, but received 2 queens. Other than that it was a great get-away for the price!
